Visited Boilers R Us a few months ago as have noticed they are very local to us, and would like to try. The ladies in the office were very friendly and welcoming, and instilled confidence. We explained problem with some radiators and an engineer came to advise in very reasonable time span. We wanted the monthly boiler care package so informed about this and have now set up. Services provided - Radiators power surge completed well and engineer very professional. New problem with a leak from an old boiler we have, the ladies in the office booked an engineer to advise and we got an appointment after he’d visited very quickly, from another engineer. It has all been checked over and just some parts to be ordered but luckily still safe to use. Good communications by E-mail since then and Certificate of works sent via E-mail. Chelsey clarified my queries. Easy to communicate with the Team. Thank you so far.

I had a boiler installed on saturday the installer oliver was great went above and beyond i just got on with my day nothing was to much trouble. Also can someone change my address to bayly road not bailey road? Many thanks

They carried a full electric boiler installation in August 2022, and everything, old equipment removal, new electric supply and boiler Installation went perfectly. I could not be more pleased. Last week, Dec 2023, I had what I thought was a pressure fault, and, in a panic I phoned them. Instead of booking an engineer visit, they told me over the phone, what the likely cause was, and a simple "turn a tap" solution, and it worked! No fuss, no bother. Wonderful after-sales service even after 16 months. I could not recommend them more highly.

Peter serviced my boiler. He came when he said he would, phoned me before arriving, and was polite and tidy in his work.

I had previously been told that to replace my old existing boiler there would be a lot of disruption to my kitchen. I went to boilersrus and was given helpful advice. Dean fitted the boiler with no distruption. He was polite explained everything to me in simple terms. Everywhere was left clean and tidy. I would recommend this company.

Boilers R Us were recommended by a neighbour who had just had a new boiler installed. We were not disappointed from start to finish. Duane, their engineer, came the next day after we contacted them and gave us a quote straightaway, along with helpful advice and the date for installation of our new boiler. Our new boiler was fitted by Louai, who was professional and friendly; he has made a neat and tidy job. All of the office staff who we have phoned or e-mailed have also been helpful. We are very pleased with our new boiler - it's made our home much warmer - and would highly recommend Boilers R Us.

A very professional company. We were so anxious about a previous scammer who had charged us an extortionate rate.
From the start the lady on the phone was clear about pricing and availability. She was friendly and organised a very efficient guy to visit and carry out a boiler repair. We already knew roughly how much thet were charging so no unpleasant surprise.
This is now our go-to plumbing company! They have identified a need for reliable and HONEST workers in this industry and are true to their claim.

Had a problem with my boiler. Hence no heating. Response was very quick and efficient. Had to call the engineer back and the problem was my thermostat. This was soon remedied after he installed a new thermostat. Heating now working great. Engineer was most helpful. I would recommend this company.

Had a new Vaillant boiler installed last month. Sadly I couldn’t get on with the thermostat so I had another engineer arrive with one that suits me better! Great service and engineers are polite, efficient, knowledgeable and turn up on time. Would highly recommend Boilers R Us.
