A brilliant company, Peter their engineer came and serviced my boiler, very pleasant and efficient young man. As I have little knowledge of workings of boilers he was extremely helpful in explaining it all to me. My husband sadly passed away last year and he always dealt with boiler. However I would recommend this company and will continue to use them for servicing etc.

Highly recommended. Needed boiler service and new timer. Popped into Sidcup branch and the lady was more than helpful. The Manager phoned and was so helpful and was able to source the timer for us. The booking was no trouble to a date which was suitable for us. The engineer called in advance to let us know he was on his way and was professional and polite. He could not do enough for us and went out of his way to ensure that the job was completed properly and professionally. Really can not recommend this company highly enough and will definitely use them again! Alot of companies could learn from Boilers R Us. Don't be in any doubt use them!

Starting from my call to book our boiler annual maintenance to work completion all went smoothly. Peter Back has been doing our annual maintenance for at least three years. He is very polite, pleasant and knows his job. All work done in quick time with perfection.

Decided to try Boilers R Us (BRU) for a second opinion & quote after another plumbing company had quoted. I dealt with Jo who was professional and clear in what it entailed. We booked an appointment for the following Monday after only calling on the Friday before. I had not been happy with the first company who said they could repair the boiler but once they started to take it apart to fit the part they deemed it unrepairable. Their quote for a new boiler was very pricey and the BRU quote I thought was fair and affordable. Jo was clear in what they charged, how they invoiced you and there were no hidden extras/costs. With the cost of living as it is having to replace a new boiler was a shock to the pocket but when dealing with a company that offered a fair price I couldn’t not proceed with them. I have already recommended Boilers R Us to family and friends. Thanks to Jo and Danielle for their help.

I went to this company as they had been highly recommended and from the first contact they were helpful, efficient, and everything was straightforward. Having recently lost my husband, I find myself now dealing with things like the boiler servicing.
Peter came out and he was incredibly helpful; checked everything, explained it all to me. He even showed me how to use the iT500 Plus app for the thermostat.
Excellent local company, highly recommended.

They sorted us out a new boiler last year when they came up with more simpler and cheaper option than another company had quoted us.
Just had it serviced by Wayne, efficiently courteously and he turned up on time .
Would have no doubt in recommending them .

This is the reply from boilers R us from 25th January 2023 regarding my difficulties with them.
We understand you did not request a safety check, however if the appliance is at risk then we have to follow safety protocol, as the engineer would be the last engineer in the property so a safety warranty certificate was raised and sent to you on 25/01/2023.
The certificate was hand delivered to me by one of your employees/contractors I believe in August, but I did not note the date. Despite your protestations of "safety" and "protocol" the engineer disconnected my gas fire as dangerous, but sauntered past my gas oven on 3 occasions without a second glance as to whether it was safe or even connected. This kind of "selective" safety is why I remain so angry at the circumstances of the visit and the very strange coincidence of revisiting my home after a lengthy phone call in his van and disconnecting my only source of heat, this, immediately after I had turned down the quotes that were given for the ACTUAL job, which was replacing my combi boiler with a simple water heater. I stand by my review as I remain unconvinced that I was treated fairly.
