Best Hijab brand ever
i discovered them through a collab last year and i can tell you it was the best decision of my life. BOKITTA hijabs are life saviors, their chiffon quality is amazing, soft and breathable. Their instants are very innovative you'll find nothing like them in the market. Their customer service is top notch! Especially a lady called Rim she replied to all my questions, returns were easy, refunds were fast. I love their brand may Allah grant them lots of Barakah, i love my hijab because of them now. May you be rewarded immensly

Bad customer service, does not provide easy returns. Post will cost more than the items. You cannot return anything on sale, clearance. The material is not natural 100 percent it contains plastic.

We apologize for the issues you faced, however all our terms are conditions are clearly stated on the website for everyone to check prior to ordering, the fabric composition is also listed on each item. Considering that we ship internationally with free shipping on low amounts it is not always easy to return items to origin so we do provide other alternatives which are easier to the customer.

Poor quality hijabs and they look super odd on, and not like the instant hijabs you usually get. I wish there were photos depicting that before you make the purchase.. I am not going to lie they came super fast and the packaging was cute.

and I wanted to return them all due to the above reasons mentioned. I emailed them 3 times and they haven't gotten back to me at all. Inshallah I'll donate them but it is such a shame.. As a new company I urge you to work better on your customer service and the quality of your hijabs and may Allah forgive you.

AlHamduliAllah we have been running since 2010 with multiple stores internationally.
As for the styles, we do list multiple pictures per style on the website as well as a how to wear video to try and show the customer what they are getting, we also have dedicated landing pages with information about each of our different styles which customers can check prior to purchasing.
Hijabs are poor quality and concept doesn't really work
Hijabs are poor quality and flimsy/ thin material. The undercaps were the only thing I actually liked.
Concept is nice with pinless ready to wear hijabs but execution is poor. For example the undercaps & hijabs should have an option to tighten/ widen depending on head size.
Prices are way too high for the quality. Paid £40ish for 2 hijabs and no option for refunds/ returns. Made in Bangladesh.

Absolutely love these pinless hijabs
Absolutely love these pinless hijabs! They’re so beautiful, easy to wear and fantastic quality. I’ve purchased 5 so far and am so excited to get more! They look so beautiful and elegant on, I don’t think I could go back to wearing normal hijabs now! These have been an absolute amazing find, my sisters and cousins all adore these hijabs. Customer service and delivery have been exceptional, just a wonderful process throughout. 100000% recommend!

Amazing service and products!!
Absolutely amazing both customer service and products. I couldn't understand the difference between the straight inner or the cross inner, i received a nice email back quickly and ordered loads of items in the beautiful designs and styles. I ordered on Sunday, and parcel 1 arrived today (Thursday) to the UK. Really happy with the cap scarves i received today, Insh Allah this will be my go to shop for hijabs in the future. Thank you so much Bokitta fantastic idea to help fellow Muslims that find it hard to wear a scarf and keep it on and in place 💖💐🌹🌺🌷
