We have bought a sofa in january in Wien and we are still waiting to really receive it....many transportations and organitation problems occured during this period with Bolia shops in Wien and in Graz....!!!
Please ask to these shops....to bettere understand.
We are really disappointed.

Overall very good
Overall very good. Team was very friendly. There was just some miscommunication at the end regarding the delivery. The company in charge called to postpone the delivery because of some issue with their truck. We agreed on another date but received in the meantime an email from Bolia saying that they tried to deliver the goods but couldn't. We called Bolia who told us to check with the delivery company. In the end, all was still as planned. The fact that we had to call ourselves the delivery company to make sure what was happening was a bit surprising in regards to the amount we spent at Bolia and annoying as we discovered that it was just a miscommunication on their end. Anyway, it's an edge case scenario and we are happy with our new furniture.

Awful!
The company showed very little effort to solve serious problems related to the delivery of my ordered product (which cost more than 4000 Euros). So far, after more than two weeks from the deadline for delivery, no solution was offered for my case. Unacceptable behavior!
