Ordered a couch table. Product arrived with damage. Contacted customer service. Customer service needed 2 weeks to answer, offering a return of the product or gift card. I answered, since then more than 3 weeks without any further communication / reply.
Not sure if a premium brand should expect customers to follow up over months.

The only store I have found, where one can buy semi-custom furniture with a delivery date selected at checkout. No delays - super easy!

As much as I love the products, unfortunately I have been having a very poor experience with service and customer support.
I have placed an order and payed for it, for which I received no confirmation or receipt. I then sent a question to customer service to get feedback about the status of my order. I received an answer to that question only three weeks later saying that “they have found my order” and unfortunately had to remove one item from it as it was no longer in stock - I also received my money back for that. They also promised that their store would get in contact with me regarding pick up of the other items. The same day I finally received the receipt as well, which was dated exactly a month later than payment.
So far it has been six weeks since my order. I have no contact from their stores or any information about pick up. I have received no apologies for the significant delays, seemingly lost order and for forgetting to send a receipt with payment.
However today I received a request from the company to rate my experience and my new items :)
I hope the issue gets resolved, or at least I get my money back.

We bought „Cosima“ (6.700€) 9 weeks ago and 3 weeks ago we got the e-mail confirming delivery on Feb 4th 12 - 5 pm. nothing happened until 5.30... so we called the store. At first they couldn’t find the order, we had to call back - then we were told that unfortunately the manufacturing got delayed and the sofa would now be delivered on Feb 17th!! No one had ever contacted us before, no phone call, no e-mail, nothing!! We are more than shocked because we had to make sure our „old“ sofa was sold before the new one was delivered, we had to reduce the price dramatically two days ago in order for it to be sold and picked up before 12 am today... now we don’t have anything to sit on and are supposed to sit on the floor for two weeks. We tried to convince customer service to deliver just any sofa to us for the interim period - to no avail. All this is completely unacceptable and we definitely can not recommend that company!!!

After 8 long weeks (normal delivery time), we finally received our new couch. The delivery service was very efficient, they unpacked the couch in our living room and took the packaging with them. The couch (Noora Collection) is everything we wanted, nice texture, beautiful colour and very comfortable.

The marble of the Wafer shelve was stained in a way that it shouldn't have passed quality control.
I offered to try to fix the problem myself. On that note Bolia did send me a marble wax that might clean the stains. I requested a confirmation that I could return the item when my attempt would make the problem worse.
I never received an answer to that mail so I sent the item back. The confirmation of the return came fast. The money was only returned after I called them to ask why it took so long.
The products may be nice, the customer service is definitely not what you would expect.

The deliverers of the furniture had difficulties getting the furniture inside my apartment so they have suggested to leave it on the staircase and for me and a friend to try ourselves later.
In the end they did the job, but could have been a bit nicer overall.
