you have sent me a defective item, then you have given me a 6 weeks late date for fixing the defective table, and to finish you want to compensate such an issue on a 4,000Eur product with a 100 Eur voucher!!
I'm very dissatisfied and won't be using your service again.

Still waiting for refund for an order that was cancelled by Bolia
Ordered a few items in February using a gift certificate. Part of my order was cancelled by Bolia, I've been waiting to get a refund ever since. Several emails to both the customer service and the store were answered after weeks (!) with the promise to send me a new voucher, but so far nothing has happened. First and last time I bought anything there.

arrived damaged, no replacement, < 4k € gone..
Ordered a couch for 4400€ consisting of 5 modules. Two were damaged: one with an obvious cut to the fabric on the armrest and the other had a broken foot…. After sending detailed description, photos the compensation the reply had many typos including in the brand name ‘Blia’… pretty poor for a response to a request from 3 weeks before… were offered: a 200€ coupon and a plastic foot to install ourselves… Thats a 4% discount for a broken couch… Oh no wait, it’s not a discount, its a coupon to buy more “Blia” stuff with…
They have good design but are obviously operationally overrun and unable to keep up quality of product and service…

Looks 3 years old after 3 months... very sad
Unfortunately bad experience with the product itself. We were so looking forward to receiving our Cosima sofa, even after discount still came to roughly 3700 euros. The couch arrived and it looked like it was already a year old. We went to the store in Berlin Mitte to get advice in case we were doing something wrong. First person we spoke to was extremely rude, not even wanting to tell us that we had to actually tap the couch everywhere for the feathers to puff up (which his colleague very nicely did eventually). We went home and did it, but sadly after using it for almost three months now, it looks very sad and old.

Spent >5k on furniture... v happy with the design, very disappointed with the shipping costs and customer service. After multiple emails and phone calls all I receive is either no response or late response with no solution to my questions. I wanted to return an item and you can only do this if you return the item yourself to the shop. One sofa leg was broken (which I emailed incl photos), a handy man came with no sofa leg and said to order one; now after 3 months I still have not received anything.
You would expect more from a premium brand.

The Customer Service was the worse…
The Customer Service was the worse ever! I bought online, did not even get an email confirmation. I sent mails, tried to call (for nothing cause the store never picked up the phone) and I even used the chat. After 2 (yes, TWO) months i got a SMS to pick up the stuff. I went to pick and once I arrived home was only half of what I ordered there! In 2 months no one could have told me that the item that I already paid for was not available. Or even the woman when gave me the package could not do it. I needed again to loose my time to try to talk with someone and finally get the money back for something that they were not able to deliver me! It was just a nightmare!!!! I will never again buy in this store and I will recommend everyone else that I know the same!

We bought 2 products
We bought 2 products: a coffee table and the x-shelf. It took 6 weeks for the delivery. Although this is not cheap furniture, they charge extra for the delivery. The table is full of marks that made everybody say upon seeing it "oh, it is damaged already" but the explanation is that wood looks like that.. the same table in the store didn't. Regarding the shelves, it is terribly hard to mount (each part is independent) and the worse part is that the shelves are only slipping into the frame which leaves them loose and fall easily. I'm terribly disappointed.

I did not make a purchase
I did not make a purchase, I notified the company that they are trying to contact the wrong person but received no response. I have personal information of the real person who made the purchase of which I have informed Bolia but received only automated responses. All messages I have received are automated and I have a feeling nobody is reading them.

Have yet to receive a (paid-for) item that was promised to be ready over a month ago. I have followed up twice now and nobody ever got back to me.
We also did a pickup of some smaller accessories, and noticed upon arrival at home (a short trip on the train) that one of the cups was already broken.

Happy with my choice!
The ordering process was easy and since we are in lockdown we were sent samples to make our options clearer. The Sofas we ordered are beautiful and comfortable. The delivery was punctual and everything came nicely packed and protected. The delivery service was good and polite. One of the extra cushions we ordered was slightly darker than expected and we are waiting for it to be replaced but so far the answer was very nice and efficient. I am very happy with both product and service.
