The communications with the client service do not work properly as it should be. It was not possible to call a Bolia shop in Munich as all telephone calls go through the Bolia central switchboard. Even after asking the switchboard to connect, we were not able to reach the shop.
We tried to use the contact message system in order to have our order confirmed. We only got the automatic message that the handling of the message will take some time, but never received any reply about our order.
After having waited over 3 weeks, we tried again to call the shop through the switchboard and finally got a confirmation that our order had been correctly placed.
The client service definitely has to improve its communications with clients.

2 from 3 products cancelled after 1.5 months only. The one that wasn't cancelled were lightbulbs specifically for the lamps we ordered. Now we are stuck with 4 useless (expensive) lightbulbs. Worst customer service ever too.

I have waited for over two months and the sofa arrived without one of the feet.
After two weeks from my claim I have not yet received an answer.

Honestly, I don't know how they get away with it. They are a terrible brand. Ikea quality at 100x the price. We were given a gift voucher for here and are struggling to spend it. Nothing is good enough. Poor quality, badly made, cheap and they charge you hundreds for the pleasure. Avoid.

Terrible quality. 5.000 couch looked super used after 3 months with obvious quality issues in the fabric.
Even the store personell said that this is unacceptable. However, customer care is really unfriendly and told us that this is the result of exposure to sunlight, which it definitely was not. Read many other similar reviews.
For this kind of money, you will get better products elesewhere. Word customer experience of my life!

We have bought many things from Bolia over the years and have mostly been very satisfied. We decided to buy a high value sofa spending over 6000 Euro's with a normal price (undiscounted price over 10,000). When the sofa came the coupling that joins the modules didn't line up - we were offerred someone to come out and fix it which is fine, but the finish is not perfect whcih for this money I expect to be flawless. Additionally the other modules do not line up correctly at the back, (I'd attach a photo if I could).
We haven't really even been offered a proper apology. Again, I expect the finishing to be a work of art at this price - i've had ikea stuff that has better quality control. After dreaming of getting a really high end sofa for many years we are left utterly dissapointed.

Don’t feel the level of service matches the price. Delivery men were also super curt and unhelpful while setting up and didn’t click my sofa together

To add: 4 colleagues worked on it and asked the same questions and were referring to each other: nonody was to blame, but I have waited for 10 hours without any update.

I bought a sofa in 2022 for 4600 euros. The final quality of the sofa was very very bad. The stitches aren't smooth on the fabric. The sofa doesn't look symmetrical at all. Also really disappointed with the overall look of the sofa which is not at all same as the photos.

Quality is top. My sofa i ordered is comfortable as I have tested it at the showroom. The service during sales is perfect. Delivery is unfortunately delayed but they have offered reduction in price for the delay.
I would recommend Bolia product. Location Frankfurt.
Good experience. Ordered at the store, friendly sales person. Arrived on scheduled date. We actually needed to push the date back a few weeks and it wasn't a problem.
The delivery guys were not super helpful and did a lousy job assembeling the sofa, just barely tightening the screws. Bolia doesn't deliver themselves, so it's a no-name local company, I am assuming.
The quality of the sofa itself (North) is decent but nothing super special. The material (Baize) looks nice but I wouldn't choose it again, hairs, dust and dirt stick to it like glue.
