A couple of months ago I ordered 2 lamps, which ended up not working out for the intended space. I asked to send them back, and I received 1 paper for the 2 individually packed lamps. I went to return this to the company which handles their returns, where I was not given any confirmation that I dropped 2 lamps off (they said that Bolia did not put this in the system yet), so I took a picture of me returning both as some sort of proof. After a couple of weeks, Bolia returned my money for 1 of the lamps, when I asked why, they said only one was returned. I wrote back stating that I think the issue was that they sent me 1 return paper for both individually packed lamps, and that I am not sure they would be able to scan the same paper twice and see a difference. No reply. This is really unprofessional and very disappointing. The customer service does not even try to figure out what is happening to the lamps and my money!!

I did not get any confirmation mail after my online payment/order. I had to call a number to sort this out which is time consuming and unnecessary. This is the second time it has happened. Once you call, then the process is smooth.

Online no DHL delivery available- but getting notifications only at checkout. Had to call Service and then local store.
Delivery Tracking. Link of package number leads to fedex - no tracking number acknowledged. Button leads to DHL which got as well no tracking data day after purchasing.

Unfortunately i had a very disapointing experience.
Very poor customer Service from the branch Manager in Berlin Charlottenburg. Unfortunately I will never buy anything there anymore.

The communications with the client service do not work properly as it should be. It was not possible to call a Bolia shop in Munich as all telephone calls go through the Bolia central switchboard. Even after asking the switchboard to connect, we were not able to reach the shop.
We tried to use the contact message system in order to have our order confirmed. We only got the automatic message that the handling of the message will take some time, but never received any reply about our order.
After having waited over 3 weeks, we tried again to call the shop through the switchboard and finally got a confirmation that our order had been correctly placed.
The client service definitely has to improve its communications with clients.
