I bought a couple of lamps on discount the store used on display.
A small annoyance was having to carry assembled lamps because they couldn't find tools in the store to disassemble them completely.
Super customer service, great and honest advice. I will always recommend Bolia!

Still waiting on my order. It didn't arrive on the day of delivery as per the one day stated on my final receipt (a day I took off work as I didnt want to miss it seeing as its almost Christmas and Id be away soo after). I've received no response from customer service about where it is/any help even after the 48 hour expected response time. Money has been taken out of my account too.
Update: I have received an email from Bolia but it was 4 days after my original email. Still to get clarity why the final receipt had only one day stated (5th December) rather than a week range period. I have also just been told that the delivery won't be within the week range the Bolia Customer service have responded to below. Instead it will be several days later at an unknown time (a day I cannot receive the items) or sometime in the new year (so another month later).

We bought a sofa two weeks before Black Week. Until yesterday, the delivery date of 15.12. was confirmed to us several times. Then we found out that the delivery would be delayed by several weeks to March 1st. The reason for this is the increased order volume due to Black Week. Unfortunately, this is very disappointing as we deliberately ordered before Black Week.

I was treated with great care by the shop sales team which in this case was Udine from Berlin, Chaussestr 1. She offered practical advice along the way and was generous with their offer.

Very nice furniture, the store is set to have a real experience and imagine your home with every chair, table and decoration.
The assistant was very friendly and helped me with all my doubts, I don't speak German and we were able to communicate in English perfectly.

Very nice service at site. Big credit to the assistant who was very flexible and moved furnitures around to give us the right option.
The price is in average higher than in e.g. Denmark and there are no options for the price reduction. We called the service center and they were very inflexible.
A little disappointed that when you spend over 10.000 euro you still need to pay hundreds of euro for 40km delivery. This could be reduced with a purchase that size.
