Very nice customer experience at the shop (Bolia Trondheim, Solsiden). Clearly top quality products. It is expensive but these items are designed to last for decades so it is totally worth it.

one of the worst experience…

one of the worst experience ever!!!Holding my sofa until 15.8. even I have been told I can take it straight away but I could not because I did not have a big car with me.I am abroad now but my friend try to talk to sell person on Sandvika if he can pick it up earlier because the sofa is going abroad and transportation is not easy to arrange.She was very rude and not helpful at all.I need to pick it up lates 10.8.
I hope this will read some manager and do something about it.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Ordered a sofa via their stores in paris when the store told us their customer service in denmark was unreliable. Order delivery date was missed. Neither customer service nor store can determine where sofa is. If it was manufactures or even sent. To this day we spent over 5000 euros and have nothing to show for it but promises and a rediculous pathetic offer of 50 euros. The store blames their own customer service and none of them provide any information or solutions. An absolutely terrible experience which probably will result in a terrible sofa as well. Hard to have any faith in this company at all.

Felt like the whole process was very…

Felt like the whole process was very sales driven, not at all customer centric. Slow to respond on questions that was not directly related to the actual purchase, ignored other points such as delivery questions etc because they don't offer that but have a partner who does it for them. Item we purchased is nice, but staff was weird as described.

Delay in refund for furniture delivered damaged

Bolia delivered damaged furniture. I bought 2 sofas and one was very damaged that I asked the delivery guys to take it back. Also the dining chairs (which are still in my possession) all had cracks in them. I asked for a refund. It is 40 days now and I still get the feedback from their customer service that they are discussing with their suppliers.

Deliveries are wrong every time

Deliveries are wrong. Delivery shows up with half the order. Delivery service is rude and will tell you himself Bolia is always making these mistakes. Product shows up with poor quality. Be especially aware that some products are made with veneer and will not match other Bolia products and this is NOT well described online. Just be sure you know you will have to work very hard to actually get what you order and if it’s wrong you will have to wait a long time to get it fixed. I will not order again from Bolia.

Its my first time buying a furniture in Bolia

Its my first time buying a furniture in Bolia and my experience with Monica and Kristine was awesome. It was a dream come true. I have never experience such a care as a customer.
Very welcoming, they are very knowledgeable and most of all very honest in helping customers out like me who are so confused and overwhelmed in the beginning. Thank you very much.

Helped me visualize our space as best as possible!

Amazing. Everyone was so helpful. They rearranged the store and put samples over everything to help me visualize and decide. I could tell they understood that this was a hard decision.

Never ever again!

Bought our third sofa since we thought it had the same quality as the previous 2. We have never complained and this sofa has changed the colour and the shape in less the 5 months of gentle use. Very very disappointed! After complaining they refused to help. Second complaint and they can just offer 50% of on changing the fabric. Our sofa is not in the sun but not in the basement either- apparently where the Bolia sofa has to be for not changing the colour. And their arrogant answer doesn’t help. I will never ever shop there anymore! Horrible customer service!

And now the seats looks like they have been used for years.

The staff made a mistake in my order

The staff made a mistake in my order. Not very pro. Good that I found out earlier enough. Short of staff personnel in the shop during busy time.

It was good experience as we have the chance to buy the furniture we wanted at lower price during the summer sale, also we found good prices on the outlet items, however the price is not the only good feature we experienced, but the quality of the items
