Fast, easy and great customer care

Perfect service. Ordered through the very elegant website. Made the mistake of ordering the wrong thing, and corrected it next morning by calling customer service. Done, no problem. Projected arrival a little less than a month later. A week before, I got an e-mail notification that my order had been processed and was about to be shipped. Delivered to our door 2 days earlier than projected. All in all, customer care as it should be.

Great shopping experience

I had great shopping experience at Bolia Göteborg. Stuff are professional and good. Deliver was on time. Deliver guys were nice and helpful. Thanks!

Payment

Everything perfectly fine, just one thing that made me a little irritated. The fact that we had to pay the total sum in advanced. All other furniture store we'd been to, asked for 10%.

Broken product

The product was late, we could pick it up two months after we bought it in store. Upon pick up the guy said that the parcel had been destroyed and that we had to inspect the product when we got home. We did and it was broken. Yay.

Easy as pie

Great sofa - delivery not as expected

The company who delivered our sofa refused to carry it up to our apartment. (2nd floor, spiral staircase).

The mover said that their policy prohibits them from carrying in spiral staircases. however, our spiral staircase is quite wide and the ceiling is high.

We we wish that would have been communicated at the store in Malmö when we paid for the sofa and delivery. we paid for a service that was not properly executed.

In the end we had had to carry the sofa ourselves. It was no problem, so we don't understand why the delivery guys refused to do it.

Home delivery, although pricey, was 4 days earlier than planned and items were delivered on two separate days

I am sorry to hear that we did not live up to our delivery standards.

I do not know specific details about your delivery, but I can see that it was set to be delivered by an external freight company, because our freight company we normally use, do not delivery to your address. Bolia always make sure that the external freight company, call the customer to arrange a delivery date that is suitable for the customer. Bolia would like to apologize if the freight company were not able to deliver your total order at the same time.

Late deliveries and disapering orders

To be honest we like the products Bolia have and we've always meet nice salesmen in the stores. Besides that there not much more they get right. Our sofa for 16.000 kr got delayed 3 weeks and got price reductions of up to 50% during a 4 weeks period after our purchase. Things that made us feel like we've been lied to. When we then after this decided to stay with Bolia and buy two sofa tables the trouble continued. When arriving to pick up our tables the order had been deleted. The people inte the store house didn't know where they were. But as they said, "hopefully somewhere close by". They then managed to find one table but the other was gone. So we left not knowing if we were getting our other table. They told us that they called us back the other day which they didn't either. When we called them three days later they started looking again and managed to find the last table. When this table arrived the box had the word "deleted" written all over it. We really wonder what happened there? And when trying to contact support asking for some kind of compensation you always get a cold and non-personal answer from Denmark with a long explanation which in short terms says "NO". The customer support and delivery time is utter rubbish. To bad for a store with such great products! We'll probably never buy something there again, our trust for them has expired.

I am glad to hear that you like our products and that you a pleased with our salesmen in the store.

Bolia always try to deliver every product on time. Because of all of our products are handpicked by our customers we have to start production when the customer has placed the order that they want. Therefor there might be a production delay due to lack of quality or other reasons because we do not have the product ready when ordered. Bolia would rather delay a product than sending out a product not living up to our standards.

It is not great to hear about your experience with our service regarding your table. I do not know specific details about this , but if you feel like we could to anything to make it right, please write to us at kundservice@bolia.com

Qualtity furniture delivered on time!

We received our furniture exactly on agreed delivery time and the furniture is according to our high expectations. However, the assembly of the table took a bit longer than we thought. No real issue, though.
