The prices on the website seem atractive, but the products take foever to arrive. Despite the fact that the delivery is not free (paid 79 kr), it has been over 22 days and the packege has not arrived. I find this to be unacceptable.
I am very disapponted with the experience and I doubt that I will be purchasing from here again.

The item was bad and I arranged a pick up for return but post nord never showed up. I wrote to Kamilla who emailed me instructions and she has not responded.

Excellent packaging. Accurate shipping timing. Above all, customer focus and respect for customer rights.

Delivered with missing parts - specifically screws and bolts - which meant I could not assemble the item.

I tried to reach out on chatbot on the site - no response.

Sent an outreach via their claims section on the website - no response.

I should have listened to the other reviews - I'm sorry I bought with these guys. Save yourself the trouble and avoid.

The delivery system they use is extremely poor. A single order containing three items was split and shipped through three different delivery companies. Two out of the three deliveries failed, despite us being at home and waiting for the couriers.
The packages were marked as returned to the pickup location; however, when we followed up, we were informed that the parcels did not exist. Additionally, it appears that the actual items are being shipped from outside Denmark, which was not clearly communicated.
Based on this experience, I do not recommend using this service, and I will not use it again in the future.

They advertised extremely clearly a wireless printer. But sent a non-wireless old school cable-printer - not telling this, on the contrary, still labelled it wireless.

The error BLATANT!

It was bought on Black Friday sale. Customer service says: Send back printer and get money back.
they don't:
- offer free freight on the real printer bought.
- no Black Friday offer, just pay full price.
- no other help

This was on my family's to do list for Black Friday. Now Black Friday is gone. We don't have the printer we needed, no black friday to buy it on, and lastly no service from customer service - just the offer to waste more time and ressources.

Don't use this company. They may be "sweet and nice", but can't handle business. You might receive an entirely different product than advertised, and it will not be a better product - it'll be garbage.

What an stupid customer service. I bought a fence over 6 meter. The picture on the website shows a long nice fence with good connections per section. So i buy this item 20342. Arrives in over 100 pieces. Ok i assamble. But NO connection clamps as on there website. Over 10 email to customer service and the just don't understand rhe problem. They suggest to let the fence build up not in 1 same height. Idiots. Its like order a VW and receive a Lada and fix it yourself. NO MORE BOLIGCENTER. DK.

In general it was a good experience, but the website could do a better job presenting more accurate pictures of the product.
The colours were completely different, though that ended up being even better in RL (had I known it, I would have made the decision to buy allot faster).
Besides that, delivery was delayed, for 3 days it kept promising "Today is the day".

Only received half of my order. The other half was returned to sender and now have to wait 14 days for a refund after the package arrives back at the warehouse. There was no option to have the item re-delivered even though I made contact as soon as I was notified. Poor experience

I ordered makeup table that supposed to be half price on promotion I paid 680kr but the quality was really not good it could be because it’s so cheap or this is the standard quality there 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

I've bought a pavilion but it broke on the first day, which is not their fault, coz they didnt produced it.
I contacted them and they told me to return it back and after a few days they return my money back minus the VAT. I'm happy with their after sale service and warranty.
