I paid for delivery of an item over 20kgs. They unsuccessfully tried to deliver on a work day, because I was at work, saying they dropped it at a Postnord depot because of the weight. This was not informed at the time of order. The depot is on a security closed industrial estate 10km from my house.

I received a bed really quickly after buying it online. And the bed was cheaper than others on the market. But it is also really bad quality (very thin wood etc) and it took 5 hours to set it up. The package included nothing less than 210 screws 😳
Like nothing else!

Just avoid them.
Poor products.
Poor communication.
Zero respect for customers.

If you gonna order from them and you unlucky getting an incomplete productor you want to return something you might aswell buy another one from somewhere else.
They answer emails once per day because they dont have any tlf. numbers.

Never shop here! Profucts are not as appear on picture. Also a very bad customer service.

I recently purchased a tv bord from boligcenter.dk and while the price was appealing, I'm unfortunately disappointed with the quality.
Upon arrival, the furniture was clearly not in perfect condition. Several marks as scratches and dents were present, which is unacceptable for a brand new piece. While I understand that furniture at this price point might not be the highest quality, I expected it to be free of such obvious flaws.
Adding to my frustration, some of the pieces simply did not connect properly due to a design flaw [holes not aligning]. This made assembling the furniture a frustrating experience, requiring significant modifications and improvisation.
Although the price was attractive, the quality simply does not match. The marks and design flaw make it feel like a cheap and poorly constructed piece, rather than a functional and aesthetically pleasing addition to my home.

It is quiet cheap quality. Also putting it together, lots of screwing instead of smart system like Ikea does. The drawers have no sliding system, it is wood agaisnt wood which isn't smooth.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered!
I ordered months ago, did not received the item and now, after literally months, I am still waiting for a refund or an answer.
They keep either ignoring my email or making up excuses.
So ridiculous!!!

Reasonably priced products. Had a bit of longer delivery time. But they constantly kept me updated. Product arrived on time as promised in good condition and as expected quality.

I ordered i legehus sandkasse just recently. I'am appalled when i saw the product didn't reach my kind of expectation. I was very very disappointed of the quality that grant tree u describe is like a paper weight, very thin and light weight. U have sent me a scrap product that i dont think it will last that sand kasse for 6 months.
When my husband try to screw them and attached them together. The plank crack so he needs to use a nails instead of screw.

Terrible services, the goods look cheap or with discount but the delivery price is high to compensate the discount. The quality of the product is also terrible and it was defective AND you have to pay for the return of the product. Worst service of any shop I've used, I'm never using this boligcenter again. I normally don't write reviews but I'm writing this so that people don't fall for their scam.

First, I paid for shipping because I don't have a car. The packages were not delivered to my home but dropped at a mail sorting center. 25 minutes on foot with some 60 kg of stuff? Come on. Estimated delivery time was between 8am and 9pm, and even the day I was home, they did not even try to deliver. And they refused to redeliver. It also said 1 package but was 3 in the end so you really don't know what you actually expect.

Then, there are many parts, many very similar, and it took me hours to just sort out the parts. Sometimes it's just the location of a screw hole that's different. The parts should come labeled with the number corresponding to the manual.

Now, I am still mid assembly. Some of the parts are manufactured poorly and don't fit together well. It takes a lot of force and wiggling them around to get them together. It looks like they were cut ok but then painted, and the paint makes the parts too thick to fit well. One one part the inside screwbase was slanted which made it almost impossible to get the screw in.

So far it seems pretty flimsy and wobbly. Let's hope once I get the whole thing assembled, it will be more stable.

It's been 4 days I have been working on it a few hours each day. Meanwhile I sleep on an inflatable mattress on the floor.

The bed looked like a great solution for a small room, but I do not think I would buy from this company again.
