Falguni & Yogesh @ Bolton Travel have been fantastic all the way (from start to finish), making sure that each and every aspect of the trip is well covered. Given our specific requirements as travelling with kids and tight timelines, they co-ordinated really well in planning the trip and made all the bookings in a timely manner. The experience was just Funtastic..Dealing with Bolton Travel. We Visit London and within 2 days our whole Europe ( France, Germany, Switzerland) tour for 7 days was sorted out.
Pick up and drop off from home to airport and vice versa was also looked after. The hotel booked for us was good and the team from Bolton travel planned our holiday accordingly to suit our family with kids. Gave a good guidance for the places to visit. I
Actually felt like a holiday not having to worry about the hotel booking airport pick and drop and all the places to visit. Thank you Bolton travels for looking after us making a memorable trip.

The staff at Bolton Travel helped arrange my honeymoon to Thailand back in 2018. They were really reasonable in terms of price compared with other agents that I had contacted. Most importantly, whenever we had an issue with any of our bookings, we just had to WhatsApp them and they took control and resolved any issues. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Since then I have recommended several friends and family members to use their service as it’s second to none.

The service provided by Bolton staff is excellent. Any queries, they solve it very quickly. I really had a wonderful experience with the Bolton travel.

Customer Service has been terrible. I have been trying to sort out holiday for 3 weeks (as rest of the family has booked with them) and they cannot give me a straight answer and don’t return calls or answer the phone. Awful!
