Very nice flowers and the best communication

This my local garden centre, and it has always been a pleasure to visit; great environment, plants and service!

Ordering online recently was equally smooth.

Beautiful plants delivered on time - lovely and well recommended!

Very good selection of products eg compost, gravel, horticultural grit and more. Clear images and explanation for online shopping.
Only criticism, hardly worth noting, order delivered two weeks before date requested. Fortunately we were at home.

This was a pick-up from an online purchase. The lady who dealt with me demonstrated a very high level of customer service in her communication and demeanor. She was very informative about the centre, and most importantly when one of my mini succulents was damaged, she offered a replacement. I bought 2 more items.

We don’t have a car, so having the plants delivered quickly was a huge help. I placed the order online, and they proactively reached out to talk through which plants were in the best condition so I wouldn’t be disappointed when they arrived. The team was really thoughtful, helpful, and clearly cared about getting it right. Excellent service all around!

What a brilliant experience, the garden centre is beautiful and they have the most wonderful range of plants. The standout factor is the staff, friendly courteous, attentive and no question is big enough. They all stopped what they were doing and guided me and my partner to the answer of our questions. I can’t wait to go back again.

They have a great range of garden flower pots and at reasonable prices. Placed an order on line and within a few hours were offered a Saturday morning delivery slot - perfect.

The team at Boma were wonderful and friendly, and Kaylee especially was incredibly generous with her time and expertise. We are newcomers to gardening and she helped us with all our questions, spending hours with us as we figured out what we needed and how to start. The whole experience was a delight - we're very grateful and will be coming back for more.

I live in Ireland and ordered a planter and plants for delivery to my daughter in-law in London. Sean was extremely helpful in selecting plants, sending me photos and changing anything I didn't like. Was delighted with the service and the end product.

I am giving a review in response to Boma's 3 emails asking me to do so for their on-line & collection service.
It was pretty straight forward until I tried to order 2 plants and although the availability of 3 was indicated, it wouldn't allow me to buy any more. I am severely disabled and use a wheelchair user, so I printed out the receipt for my PA to collect on my behalf to ensure that the the correct plants were collected and to indicate 'paid for'. It was pointed out at Boma that they have the details of the order and so np need for a paper print out - better for the planet. I agree and won't do this again. What I will do in future is send the receipt email to my PA so she knows the details and can thus avoid any hiccups in the system which is sadly so common nowadays. Re the planet: I think that Boma could reduce the numbers of emails sent in a transaction - 6 or more! Happy with the plants.

Great choice of pots and the one I ordered online was ready for collection. When I got there the staff were really helpful and friendly.

Tom and Paul did a beautiful job installing lush planters in an odd-sized space at our new residence. Tom responded very quickly to my initial enquiry and arranged a site visit, asking questions to get a good understanding of our likes and dislikes. He came up with a creative solution to get irrigation to the planters and made sure the drainage was arranged so it would not damage the wood underneath. He was very thorough in his approach and easy to work with. Communication was excellent throughout the process.

The installation was seamless and they were meticulous in keeping the area clean and damage-free. They skilfully managed to get a needed very long ladder through the ground floor and to the outside space and back again. They were honestly the most careful folks we've had work on the property (the others being decorators, electricians, painters, carpenters and furniture delivery people).

I can enthusiastically recommend Boma and look forward to working with them again on another project! Here's to supporting a fantastic local, family owned business.

Ordered online to collect a rare houseplant - I could see Boma specialised in exotic houseplants so felt it was worth the drive from Suffolk to collect a plant I’ve been wanting for some time. I arrived the next day after driving 1hr 45mins to be told the plant was not in stock - no phone call which I could have answered and turned back, just an email I didn’t see until it was too late. I had a 15% discount code on my online order, which wasn’t honoured when I purchased another plant in store, which really, I only did because I didn’t want it to be such a wasted journey! No other compensation, just “sorry about that.” Really disappointingly poor customer care.
I would suggest you call customers in the future or maybe keep your website updated better?!

I had visited the centre in Kentish Town and was pleased with the variety of plants, pots, etc. available. My daughter is just beginning to work on the exterior of her home and I got her a gift card. It arrived quickly and in plenty of time for the holidays.

My first experience of Boma Garden Centre & I was delighted. They're the only place I found in the whole country to stock the Christmas decorations I wanted & I had searched the internet for ages! They delivered them to me the very next day, along with some lovely bulbs. You couldn't ask for more. What a great place!
