Shipping
I was told I would be notified when the product shipped and I was not. I had to call and found out it had already been shipped. When I received the product the boxes were tore up and the pallets were broken.

Excellent but has some limitations
The structure and motorized operation is almost perfect. My only frustration is the LED light. It's not bright enough and the driver looks not enough power capability. It easily reaches max power limit and turned off. I needed to replace both LED lights and 24V supply to make it work even during rainy days.

Nice quality product…
Everything arrived in a timely manner and in good shape. Had I few issues with the instructions but figured them out with support from Bon Pergola. The quality seems to be quite good and everything works as expected. I pretty much built this by myself with an extra hand for the frame part.

Extremely impressed with my 10x13 wall…
Extremely impressed with my 10x13 wall mount that I mounted to the roof instead for overlap due to low eaves. Honestly blown away with the look, quality, and performance this far. I would say I'm a competent DIY'er and installed by myself. If you are not 200lbs and workout definitely recommend a second set of hands. Just wanted to put perspective that it can be done alone. I hardwired everything into 12/2 Romex and it looks clean and works flawlessly. Customer Service was excellent with immediate responses and provided great links to YouTube and advice in a few spots I need guidance. Highly recommend!

A great pergola at a very fair price
The experience of buying our pergola was great from start to finish. The salespeople were all very helpful with our questions, the quality of the pergola was top-notch, and it was extremely well protected for shipping without a single piece being damaged in any way. Installation was easy with me and a friend putting it together, and the louvers and gutter system work great. If I could alter anything it would be to offer a 10' x 16' size as well as the 10' x 13', but not a deal breaker. Love the powder coated finish as well. Would highly recommend BON Pergola.
