No payment from Bonusway despite promise, waited four weeks and after that have ti make new request??????

It’s nice to get a little extra bonus just from buying something that you would buy anyway! But!! Bonusway pays bonuses very slowly these days, I don’t know what happened🤷🏼‍♀️ There’s A LOT of bonuses that are pending from last year.. Am I never going to get them? I dunno.

The don't send my money.

I have been trying to get my bonuses from January and nothing is happening. I have asked from the customer service, but they do not answer at all. Truly a dissapointment.

Customer service doesn’t work at all. Mostly it seems that there’s useless automatic response and when you finally get human interaction, it’s really slow and inaccurate.

Best app and recommend everyone to use it! Try and see it yourself! ;)

Contacted customer service and never got a response. The last time I cashed out was in early 2022 and my cashback has been at 7 euros for months. It says I have 21 euros pending and it never changes.

if you use Bonusway's services, don't delude yourself that you will receive cashback. This is deceiving people!! I strongly advise against it.

Lovely app to use

Be aware, it appears that Bonusway is deceiving customers. They do earn money from your purchases (and quite a bit), but they won't approve your bonuses and certainly would cash-out.

In the rare instance that a bonus is approved (after much back-and-forth communication), you will quickly encounter the following problem: the payout.

After weeks or months of waiting, there is still nothing in my bankaccount. Contacting them about this is futile.

I have now filed a complaint with the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) and advise others to do the same.

Bonuses are kept in the evaluation state for many months. It just turned itself to Dutch for no reason what so ever, and the settings have no language option. I'm nowhere near wherever Dutch is spoken.

Edit: Reinstalling the app made it speak English again.

I'm using Bonusway.lt and seems this company coming unlegit. First years it was fine, now i can't get cashout to my bank account, they ignore e-mails. No response, no money to bank account, no help.

It took many months before you get your bonus, even over half a year.
