Buyer Beware – Extremely Poor Customer Service and Unresolved Refund
My experience has been exhausting, frustrating, and completely unacceptable. For months, I have been trying to resolve a straightforward issue involving faulty and unusable gift vouchers and a refund that I am entitled to. I have sent more than 50 emails and have received little to no meaningful response.
I was repeatedly told my case was “being investigated” and that someone would respond, yet none of my concerns have ever been properly addressed. Instead of resolving the matter, I was forced into accepting gift vouchers that I did not want — some of which were faulty or unusable. Despite clearly explaining this and repeatedly requesting a proper refund, I have been ignored.
There appears to be no real customer service, no accountability, and no intention to resolve legitimate complaints. This has caused significant stress, wasted time, and complete loss of confidence.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise buyers to think carefully before purchasing — especially if you may ever need a refund or support. If something goes wrong, you may struggle to get any meaningful response or resolution.

I thought I'd try shopping again, my very first order which I paid £6.99 for next day delivery didn't arrive the next day. It still hasn't arrived as I write this. Again the couriers fault. It's not the couriers fault,the buck stops with you boo hoo. I placed an order with you and I paid you delivery money to ensure my order got here on time.
Debenhams is exactly the same,guess what,they sell items from boo hoo. Consumer law should be on all your cases,you are all hiding behind computers,it's time to re introduce phone numbers for you lot and be held answerable to people's complaints,not palming them off with bull shit from behind a computer screen.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, they would not refund me my money so instead offers gift certificates as a replacement option. I returned my parcel a month ago now and I am still yet to receive any gift certificates. The customer service is awful I would give zero stars if I could.

Do not order from Boo Hoo, they do not refund your money, make excuses that all of the items were not returned then amazingly they say they have checked cameras from the warehouse and all items were returned or the latest is to say the refund has failed and no one from their customer service team get back to you. Appalling company!!!!

I will never buy from boo hoo again. I made an order and there was an item missing. When I did my return I notified them that it was missing. However I was not refunded along with the returns. I contacted them and they said I would be charged as I did not notify them within 2 weeks of receiving my order! However I did! Absolute joke I will never order from them again. It’s criminal

My fist purchase from this company and won’t be using again. I’ve never paid for a return especially if I’ve paid for delivery. I don’t see why I have to pay for a return.
I ordered an item but ordered incorrect size as wasn’t sure of their sizing.
I emailed them but they still told me the return price £1.99 will be deducted from the refund. Absolutely rubbish service. Wouldn’t recommend or use.
I have just had reply from Boohoo as I requested a returns label which was even to much for them. See below their email which I find so rude.
“Only on this occasion, and this will not be done again, I can log your return for you and send you your return label. Kindly provide the details below so I can get this sorted out for you.”

Great customer service today when I contacted Boo hoo regarding a fault on an item I received.I contacted them on messenger and the quick response was unbelievable and dealt with within a couple of messages to and fro and probably within 10 minutes of my first message!Bryan dealt with this promptly excelled in customer response and service!Well impressed

Absolutely sh!t!!!!! I been using boohoo for a years and they been marvellous! However they changed their policy and they charge you for taking stuff back when before it was free! Their clothes are over priced for cheap tat and they basically only got stuff for slim people! Even if you buy stuff from the plus section they still too small even when you buy 2 sizes higher than usual! I bought loads of items off them and I only kept one! Only to wash it and for it to shrink! Really disappointing to be honest and I will for sure stop using boohoo!
