Don’t do it! Rip off!

Scam!! Paid and ordered over 30 days ago, no product. No one will answer text or emails.

I made an order almost a month ago now I've been emailing everyday I made an order for my sons birthday and have yet to receive my order or a refund

I am giving it a one because i had to. They took our money. I had to dispute the transaction with AMEX. They never delivered the flowers, Lied about the delivery day and dont reply via email and do not pick up the phone.

Yayyyy, my wife's flowers just arrived over 2 weeks late and they are Dead. Flat out dead. I emailed almost daily trying to get estimated delivery dates with no response. I tried to cancel the order with no luck. Today out of nowhere the flowers arrive dead, and Boo Bear wants photos to verify. (Laughable)
They can pound sand. This is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with purchasing online flowers.
Total scam!

I ordered a rainbow rose bouquet. I specified the delivery date and paid extra to have it delivered by that date. However I was disappointed because 1) the order did not even ship until after the delivery date, 2) I asked to cancel the order/get a refund and they refused, 3) the roses I received were not rainbow as they were pictured in the description!

I strongly advise against purchasing from this website. I paid $200 for an order that I never received, and the company has been completely unresponsive. FedEx was unable to help because the package was shipped to a random address that wasn’t mine.

It’s concerning that a business with so many similar complaints is still operating without being investigated for fraudulent practices. Save yourself the frustration and avoid ordering from this site—you’ll regret it if you do!

Horrible experience. I ordered two dozen long stem roses and a 24" bear and paid $45 for "guaranteed" by valentine's day delivery 1 week in advance. I didn't receive my complete delivery until Feb 24. I messaged and emailed them 4 times and no response what- so-ever. Do not buy from this company. They need to seriously be held accountable for false advertising and shady business practices.

If I could leave a negative number I would. Do not purchase flowers from this company or expect any form of customer service. I bought 2 dozen long stem roses. They stated they would arrive in time for my date needed, well they showed up a week late, most of the leave had fallen off the stem, the rose buds were dead and the stems were broken at the base of the rose buds. I reached out multiple times to correct these issues and they will not respond to any message left or sent to them. I do not know about their stuffed animals but if the rest of my interactions with them is any kind of indication of their quality... I'd recommend to go elsewhere. Oh the best and most positive experience with them was the box they came in was really nice, so Boo Bear Factory, thank you for the wonderful box.

Just adding to the Horrible reviews already left here, all are true. Terrible customer service, super late delivery, shape of the merchandise truly unacceptable! Do Not waste your time and money buying here!

My rating is -5. I ordered a Valentines gift to be delivered on 2/14/25. They were delivered on 2/21/25. I tried several times by email to cancel the order that wasn't done. HORRIBLE experience. If you want deal with a bad company with no ethics this is the company for you.

Ordered 50 long stem roses. With delivery on valentine day. They showed up 7 days lage. And the roses they show as long as the lady holding them are the same length is at walmart.

I bought flowers for Valentine’s Day and didn't receive the roses until Feb 18 and i ordered and paid $99.99 for long stem roses and they sent me regular stem roses the same shit i could have got at Walmart for $25 they do not respond to emails nor phone calls even thought their websites that you get a 60 day money back guarantee. Don’t buy from this company any blogger please make a post about them. It’s not worth it all just pay the price for something can see or a trusted company AND THESE PEOPLE ARE WORKING OUT OF SOMEONES HOUSE NOT EVEN AT A FACTORY OR GREENHOUSE. DONT USE THESE ARE SCAM ARTIST

This site is a scam. Paid for 2 stuffed animals on 2/1/25 with 1 Day Shipping. It is now 2/17/25, and nothing has been shipped. They do not respond to emails or contacts. I am now working to dispute the transaction with my bank, and am here to warn others. You have been warned… learn from my mistake.

This company is a scam they take your credit card information, and ID card. They will not respond to emails at all. DO NOT ORDER from this website. Never received my order

Ordered flowers with the 1 day “Valentine’s Day Guarantee” fee just to not have the flowers by Valentine’s Day. Paid an extra $45 for nothing. Also did not get a response to the 2 emails I had sent.

Terrible. Orders items on 1/26 that said 1-day shipping. Was hoping to have them to gift my kids for Valentine’s Day. Well here we are on 2/14 and the post office is “still awaiting shipment”. 2 emails and no response. Filed complaint with BBB

the bear looked nothing like advertised and was made poorley plus over 2 feet smaller than advertised and after a month of very poor communication they sent me a refund of $15 after paying $202 - don't waste your money or time these people are scam artist & the pictures on the website are very fake
