Very unprofessional and irresponsible.
I have never experienced such a thing with online shopping.
They have sent me wrong item and now they want me to pay for returning the item back to them. The item I have bought was already out of stock when I have purchased it.
I paid 60 euro for absolute nothing....
I was so happy before opening the packing and then what....
I was waiting that much to receive something I have not ordered.
And the worse thing is that they send me wrong item knowing my item was out stock. And now don't want to refund me without sending it back.
I wish I checked here before considering purchase.....

Boohoo not worth pursuing
All things that I got were damaged or wrong coulor. So far I haven't seen such bad clothes as this ones that I got from Boohoo. I ordered mini dresses in size 36 (s) that was gigantic in tummy area and its fabric was horrific and when it arrived it already had some dirty spots on it. I ordered a long bench cover-up in size s it was 15 cm to long so that I was constantly stepping on it and its colour wasn't what I thought I had ordered. I would NOT recommend purchasing on this website.

Poor service and FRAUD
I have ordered and I payed extra for the shipment of 1 a 2 days. Boohoo sent out my package way to late so the shipment company confirm that my order can not be delivered within 1 or 2 days. I send e-mails about this matter and all they have to say is that I have to wait on my package.
That’s not the point, the point is why pay more for shipment cost and didn’t receive it on time? I ask for my extra shipment money back and they are not coming with a correct answer about that matter.
I will never order here again, poor service and FRAUD.
Terrible from start to finish
Terrible from start to finish. The same exact jacket is 10£ if taken as a Small rather than a Medium, how is this even legal? When I tried to speak to someone about it online I just kept getting completely different responses from different people each time. No care in the world about customer care or satisfaction. Really feels like Im dealing with an amateur scam company. I used to buy from boohoo all the time but theyve really lost credibility.

Absolutely terrible customer service from Boohoo! Placed my order and was told it would arrive Saturday to a lock box site on reaching their I realised I wasn't sent a number to open the lock box, then I got another email that same day to say my parcel has been redirected to some post office that I didn't know, then the next day received another email to say my parcel was back in the lock box, once again I had no code to open it, my parcel should of arrived on the 30th January and today is the 3rd feb and my parcel is still stuck supposedly in a lock box with no code to get it out. I have emailed Boohoo for advice on the 1st February 3 days later I still haven't received any response, this is why I would not be buying from them again, and will be expecting a full refund. The problem with a lot of these companies is once they receive your money they wash their hands of any problems you have, A lot of shops are gone or closing down so unfortunately we are forced to shop online, I MISS THE HIGH STREET! 😪

I recieved an item that was not as described. They told me to send it back, and that they would pay for the return. Now it has been almost half a year, and I still have not recieved the refund for the shipping.
I have sent all the right information and documents, and they are just telling me that I have to wait. They do not update me before I contact them my self. They always have an excuse and are not answering my questions. The custumer service is highly unprofessional and not serious.
Would absolutely not trust this business.

IF ONLY I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. ordered 2 dressed on the 25th of november. Supposedly they were dispatched and I should have received them within 5 working days. We are now the 7th of December and still no parcel. The tracking information website keeps saying they have no information on my parcel. Boohoo support says oops we are sooo sorry it's delayed and that I should keep an eye on the tracking. The same tracking that DOES NOT WORKKKKKK. Now they're telling my I have to wait until December 13th and if then I haven't received anything then they'll check. SO I HAVE TO WAIT 3 WEEKS in total to even get any clarity on next steps. NEVER AGAIN. what a $h*t company. scammers!
Worst costumer service ever!
If I had received the correct items that I ordered, it would have probably been fine. But I haven't. One of the sweaters I ordered came in the wrong size. And the journey with the incredible incompetent costumer service begins. I'll shorten the story a litte: I wrote to Boohoo that I had received the wrong size. Boohoo writes back: No, I ordered the wrong size. Me: No, I ordered an L and you sent an M. Boohoo: Oh sorry, you can return it and we will send you the correct size. Me: How about the postage. Boohoo: We will reimburse you. OK, I sent it back. Instead of sending me the correct size they refunded the money for the sweater. Me: I want the correct size and you need to refund my postage. Boohoo: I checked that we paid you the money back for the sweater. So there is nothing we can do...
This is where I am right now. Let's see how the story continues.

Delivery is a mess
I took my first boohoo order last week on the hunt for the perfect maternity jeans. I am going on vacation soon and I had hope to find my perfect pair before leaving.
When I ordered (August 18th) I was promised 5 days of delivery time which was perfect.
I received an order confirmation via email pretty soon and I was confirmed that my parcel „will ARRIVE“ in up to 5 days.
Today - SIX days later - I became nervous. My vacation is around the corner and there is no delivery in sight. I checked the tracking ID which said that that the parcel „is on the way“ - whatever that means. When I reached out to boohoo‘a customers service, I received an answer within two hours (which I was super happy about) BUT the friendly customer service agent told me „not to worry“ because my order will be delivered by August 31st.
Are you kidding me?
That’s more than ten days after I placed my order which to me is - given the fact that I was promised less than half of that delivery time - not acceptable.
Needless to say that I am super disappointed and mad.

What happened is they have a so called cancellation policy for the EEA (you can easily find that one by googling it).
They say that you can change your mind and return the item within 14 days and they'll cover the shipping costs. HOWEVER THIS IS A LIE. customer service does everything to confuse you, half of the links that describe the procedure for returns don't even work, the product was such a crappy quality I am so extremely frustrated that I had to pay a total of 12 EUR shipping costs for something that would be 6 eur in total on aliexpress. don't buy their clothes, they stink, and so does their awful customer service.
They will do everything to be UNHELPFUL!!
Terrible experience - beware of customs charges
I have had a terrible experience with buying from Boohoo EU. I was reassured by their website guarantee that they cover customs charges, and by the confirmation that my purchase was being delivered directly to my home address. I am heavily pregnant and had ordered maternity clothes from Boohoo, not wanting to risk catching covid by going shopping. So it was very important that Boohoo would minimise the trouble and have my items delivered to me directly. Instead, I was forced to queue at the post-office to cover the customs charges, that Boohoo promised they would then cover. They have made it an obstacle course to retrieve the customs charge payment, requiring me to provide information such as the 'exact date *and* time' of my order and every possible detail about where I bank in a lengthy questionnaire. I have still not received my customs charge refund.

I love Boohoo stuff! Boohoo has a good and wide range of products. Price and quality meet. With a little money you get a lot. Good promotional campaigns are attractive for shopping. Delivery has always been fast. I highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I did not receive my order even though the courier tracking stated that it had been delivered. I went onto the boohoo chat today & chatted with Jayne Y, who could not have been more lovely & helpful. She had the issue sorted so quickly & a replacement order is currently on its way to me now.
