I had an little issue with one of my returns but I contacted Boohoo and spoke to an amazing representative Abdullah (deserves a raise!), who helped me sort the issue right away and with no hassle at all. Such great customer service!

Rude, not refunding
I placed an order on the 1st of January, it’s the 31st and my items haven’t got here yet. That’s not my only issue, since with coronavirus and the issues it has caused, the delivery dates vary. The thing is that their customer service was appalling. Not only are they not willing to refund my money, but they’re rude in our communication as well. And it wasn’t a small order, we’re talking about 300€, which is more than half of minimum wage in Greece. Lack of professionalism, respect for the customer and awareness, that’s what characterizes boohoo.

Normally boohoo is great, I have no issues or if I do get issues the customer service representative is fantastic and sorts it out.
I received a broken/faulty lounge set, sent images to the WhatsApp number.
When I have had issues with faulty goods previously they have issued a replacement immediately or a refund.
This time could not have been more different, customer service representative 'Char' was the least helpful person I have come across since dealing with boohoo.
She stated i had to return the faulty items for a refund, why should I take time out of my day to return faulty goods?
Tried asking for a manager to call me or speak to me but she declined and just said "they will tell you the same thing"
Funny how I havent had issues ever in the past, will be rethinking about how much money I spend with this company in the future.

Bought a jacket that was as thin as a tissue, such cheap quality. Immediately returned it same day it arrived for a refund. Didnt get full refund, got item refund but not £4 delivery charge which states it would be according to the terms and conditions.
Queried this back and forth with customer services to no avail. Apparently, they say you enter into a contract with them when they deliver an item to you? They say, you have to write to them to tell them to cancel the contract? What contract?!?! I didnt agree to any contract?? What nonsense. Cba to fight them on it for £4 but buyer beware!!...I know they dont care about my business with them being a big company but I wont be bothering again, will go elsewhere. I have had an issue with my parcel from Boohoo, not being delivered by royal mail, says its been delivered but I haven't received it. Managed to get in contact with a Bohoohoo representative by WhatsApp which is brilliant as I could have a proper text conversation with an actual person, Danielle S who dealt with the issue was very helpful and sorted out another delivery for the next day and is going to investigate what's happened to the original parcel. Very good customer service. Thank you
Cheap quality
Got 6 items, only liked a gray t shirt but barely, very stiff. The other articles were black shirts and facemasks and made from the thinnest cheapest material I’ve ever seen. I wasn’t expecting the highest quality for the prices I got them for but it wasn’t even worth $5. And it cost $5 to return which isn’t the worst bit still kinda sucks. And can’t return facemasks, but won’t be using them because they fit awkwardly very different than on the model pictures

Awful I got premier last week and orders some clothing the sizes are awful and looked online and seen I can cancel premier within 14 days if all items are returned as seen below however the customer service team is refusing to acknowledge this and now there refusing to cancel or refund me will open a case with the ombudsman and resolver unfortunately I was doing a review on boohoo for YouTube and now have to discuss the poor customer services

After not receiving a dress I had ordered, I had to fight with customer service (about 6 different people because they only answer one message a day typically). When it was finally sent to me a month later, it had a large brown stain on it. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this place!

You pay for return yourself.. why cant boohoo pay for it like any other company? zalando, asos, bootz, h&m does it. Now I have to go and pay for it my self, which I just think is bad service and not worth it.. some of the clothes I got is fine but some are not good quality.. all in all not worth it..
Recently dissapointed with the clothing sizing and quality
i have ordered about 3 times over the past 3 years. First just skirts which i have no issues with. Although cheaply made but i didnt have high expectations. However my last experience wasnt good. I ordered alot. And all of it had to go back. The shirts were completely the wrong size, it was all out of whack. Its a wonder if the clothes are actually the same as what the model wears in the picture.. surely not. The leggings and pencil skirts were so thin that you may as well wear nothing. The jeans were ok but the seam around the waste was irritating again bare skin. It took a long time to get my refund but i got there eventually. All in all i loat 6 euros in a lesson to never buy from cheap online brands again. However customer service is always good and reliably, hence the 3 stars instead of 1. I just think its now better to save up that money on clothes that i will enjoy for a lifetime rather than buy a bulk of throw away products!

Great dresses and affordable prices. I ordered for some dresses ,tops and skirt. All came really good and fitting just that the skirts are super big. I didnt return cos i might give someone as a gift cos they look really good.
TERRIBLE SERVICE
So I ordered a £12 coat and a £22 jogger set when it arrived the top of jogger set was missing to which I contacted boohoo and told them. Due to the set being out of stock we agreed they would refund me 50% refund which when I went to school was £11. So today I check my account and they have refunded me £6.75 saying I only paid £15.50 for the item. They obviously went to a very bad school because £7.75 is 50% of £15.50. But I provided proof that I paid £37.99 for the 2 items and now they are ignoring me DONT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES

Charl (charlotte) was so helpful and really nice. Serena However was honestly just sarcastic, treated me like a burden, misinformation and borderline rude. However the quality of the clothing I received was so sad ... it’s texture was like rough sand paper when it seemed to be a chiffon blouse. Was really cheap quality. Furthermore my customer service from Serena was really sad for me. She would send borderline rude messages with a “<3” at the end ... making it so sarcastic and a little condescending/uncaring. Like I already decided to return the clothes once they came as my £23.04 is not for companies who don’t respect customers and who can’t help you when you were over charged. So I choose not to give them my hard earned pay, made it 10x easier to decide to send back those items. Thank you charl (Charlotte) but serena really needs to learn how to be polite to customers who just want their money back. Giving me back my money doesn’t take food out of your pocket nor does it affect your day, being sarcastic and unkind to me however - does affect my day.

Ordered a handbag and when it arrived it was absolutely covered in dirt. Had obviously been returned by a customer and then sent straight out to me with no quality check. Disgustingly unhygienic! Message customer service on WhatsApp and Instagram as I got no reply. Staff member on Instagram gave out to me extremely rudely for messaging on 2 platforms. Have never been spoke to so poorly by a brand. Awful experience no ordering again. Staff member on WhatsApp customer service on the other hand was nice.
