Very Very poor customer service

Ordered last week, they said they shipped the package but Hermes said they didn't received anything. There's no update since last week on the tracking. I asked them for a refund as I didn't received my goodies and they keep answering that they need to "investigate" and that I need to wait til 19th March now! No way, delivery time was 5 working days, not 16. They're bad and they have a sh*** customer service, first and last time, won't recommend them at all.

Generally satisfied with my order but I don’t know if I’ll buy items in full price, cause I’m disappointed with two items looking a little bit different from pictures (ex: the colour of a jumpsuit I bought has nothing to do with the colour I saw on the website).
Very satisfied with their joggers (I bought 4 different types)!!

Never again

I orderd something to ship to the Netherlands and everything was to small. I orderd it with Klarna and now I still have to pay for the clothing items I send back. already tried to contact them en had send them my receipts of the retour.. Now I still need to pay them. Never ordering something again :(

( The customer service was really nice to me tho... But because of the language barrier I couldn't explain myself. )

Prolly they deserve 5 stars

Prolly they deserve 5 stars, as I ordered from them last year and I never got the products, the tracking said that they could not find the address, which is a big joke as I receive packages everyday from all over europe. Thing is when I saw this, I've contacted customer service they replied very quickly (same day) and refunded me the next day! I call this service!

What puts people off online shopping is…

What puts people off online shopping is the hassle when things go wrong which they inevitably do but Boohoo, & actually Stacie & Roni in customer service I particular made it completely hassle free. My many questions were answered quickly and clearly and they couldn’t have helped more👍
