I used Book a Plumber for the first time in December and were very pleased with the service. Maz in the office arranged a convenient time slot for the plumber and Paul attended on time and fixed the issue with my hot water, an issue that previous plumbers couldn't fix. Very pleased and would highly recommend.
On time, professional, excellent workmanship, tidy, good price. Enthusiastically recommend.
John was on time, very tidy and finished the job quicker than he quoted.
Offered good advice re managing going forward.
I have always found John to do high quality work, to be timely and helpful, and to make in very easy to do business with him.
John has carried out a number of plumbing repairs for us over the last few years. He responds quickly and efficiently to all requests and is very professional, always giving a thorough breakdown and providing before and after photos if we are not present while the repair is carried out. John is 100% reliable, very efficient and has a fair and transparent pricing structure. Highly recommended.
Appointment easily scheduled; John the plumber arrived on time; resolved the problem (leaking toilet cistern); and provided helpful advice on new systems.
