Booking Health ( Monica & Julia) …

I/we cannot think of anything regarding the help we had received that might serve as constructive criticism.
The service we received from both Monica & Julia was professional and thorough. They were available for calls from us and were very responsive to our requests/needs and acted with a very much appreciated sense of urgency.
All of our queries and requests were handled quickly and played a large part in ensuring my son’s cancer diagnosis was addressed and treated quickly and effectively.
I/we would not hesitate to recommend Booking Health to anyone.

Absolute Charlatans.

I have just read a review which is the exact same process we are going through.

We had a family member sign up for treatment, but one week prior to travel became ill, was hospitalised for two weeks, and then moved to a hospice for a further two weeks. Therefore, we received a written letter from NHS Scotland to advise that due to ill health was unable to travel, and would likely ever be in a position to travel from Scotland to Frankfurt in Germany. All this happened in August 2025.

We are still in January 2026 trying to get our money back, nearly 30k in euros. We can receive a refund, but BH want to retain 30% of that which amounts to 7.5k of which they believe is due to their terms and conditions. We have provided evidence to the contrary that does not support BH retaining that amount as we have proven that does not contravene their T&C's.

We are trying to speak with their quality manager, Hany Elrouby, who is evasive on emails, doesn't return calls, etc. to provide us with a virtual meeting with their "legal team" to explain line by line how they specifically feel our case has contravened their terms and conditions.

This is all meanwhile we deal with the family member who has had a horrific time with stage 4 bowel cancel, who is bedridden and undoubtedly on his last phase on his Journey.

I would avoid these charlatans at all costs.

******Update******

We have now just received our money back, albeit only 80% after their "goodwill gesture", again without ever getting a chance to go over their terms and conditions. They have you over a barrel and hold the cards and sadly due to our family member dying of stage 4 bowel cancer and in his last weeks, we decided just to accept and just draw a line under the matter.

The fact that they retained 20% is infuriating and an overall feeling of being scammed and playing on people's heart strings.

Again, avoid these guys like the plague or do your due diligence before signing up.

First class service with booking health

I reached out to booking health last month, in the hope they could help my Mum with a treatment plan. Tanja my case manager has been great from the very start. She was so good at explaining the process and was always on hand to answer any questions I had via WhatsApp. My travel manager Nour has also been such a great help with organising the logistics part of the programme. Both Tanja and Nour have been so helpful and friendly. They reply fast to messages and have genuinely made this whole process so much easier. I can’t comment on the treatment side of things yet as we are not booked in until the end of January. However, I am so grateful for their help during a stressful time for me and my family.

I travelled to Germany for bladder…

I travelled to Germany for bladder cancer treatment. I was tired of the delays at home and wanted to move forward without losing more time. I chose Booking Health to help me. They referred me to Asklepios Barmbek in Hamburg. I really liked the medical team there. I was also very satisfied with the procedure. There was one stressful moment, though. My return flight was cancelled at the last minute. It took a while to get support from the company to sort out the rebooking. I know flight cancellations aren’t their fault. But I was kind of hoping for quicker assistance, especially after a difficult medical trip. But in the end, I want to thank the company for their help. If you need to travel abroad for medical reasons, just choose these guys. They know what they’re doing.

They are cruel and do not stand by the contract for care

My husband had one dose of Lu177, and prepaid for 2 more treatments . His bloodwork never recovered to have the additional 2 treatments and he died. Have been fighting for a refund...which the contract says we are entitled to...for 2.5 years. Have a lawyer working to have the funds returned. Booking health lawyers stall at every turn. Have had to prove that I am the heir through translations of our trust, gone to Berlin Probate court for certified copies of such, now they want 2 more copies! Already 10K paid to my lawyer to have the money returned. No one speaks english, so must have translator and pay them, also have been to and thru the consulate and pay them too. I do not blame Booking Health for the death of my husband, but I do blame them for not standing by their own contract to return the prepaid money for treatment. They have been cruel to drag this out.

I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer…

I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer earlier this year and felt overwhelmed. I wanted a second opinion and a less invasive treatment option, so I started looking for medical care abroad. A friend recommended Booking Health, and I’m so glad they did. They arranged everything for me at University Hospital Ulm, one of Germany’s best hospitals for gynaecologic oncology. I had a robotic-assisted hysterectomy, followed by adjuvant therapy. The procedure was precise, recovery was quick, and I was walking the next day. The coordinator helped with my visa, transfers, hotel booking, and medical paperwork, and a translator was available during every hospital visit. I felt truly cared for at every stage. Now, I’m healthy, back home, and incredibly thankful. This medical trip to Germany was a turning point in my life, and I recommend Booking Health without hesitation.

It's a scam

It's a scam. They offer no added value but charge a multitude of the real cost without guidance or service. Contact the hospitals or medical services yourself (if necessary an Interpreter is much cheaper).

Great experience with booking health

I had a great experience with booking health. From the consultation with Denis, my driver Adis, The translator Claudia and the trip planner Nour were all helpful. I ended up going with the dendritic cell therapy which was a great recommendation by booking Health. The whole process was seamless and made me feel confident that I was getting the best treatment possible. The support doesn't finish just there, they provide ongoing suggestions on what to do as the health situation changes and more information comes to light.

Australia to Germany for surgery …

I travelled from Australia to Germany for surgery to remove my brain tumour. Previous surgery left me with disabilities and some of the tumour remained, I was very nervous.

Monica, Nour and Elvis put my mind at ease with their professionalism and care. The surgeon and all the nurses and hospital staff were incredibly kind and understanding and the majority of them spoke English. My entire experience was good and I really appreciate the booking health team.

It started with a phone call

From the very first call from Arunas I knew this was the right move to get my diagnostics done through Booking health. I had gone to a previous company who only wanted MRIs never did they ask for more imaging, but Booking Health wanted to get to the bottom of the complaint I was having. They got the right surgeon for me who was Professor Dr Lumenta with an impeccable reputation I knew I was going to be in the right hands.
Julia was my travel manager and I couldn't thank her enough for her work, especially when there was a glitch with the paperwork at the hospital, she managed to get it sorted even after hours. Glad to report my surgery was done on the 31.7.25 and so far I'm recovering well.

I traveled to Germany for bladder…

I traveled to Germany for bladder cancer treatment to prevent recurring delays at home. Booking Health helped me gain access to BCG therapy following surgery, and they coordinated everything at Asklepios Barmbek in Hamburg. The medical team was professional and experienced, and I was satisfied with the TURBT treatment. The translator was quite helpful and attended all of my appointments. The procedure was generally well-organized. However, my return flight was cancelled at the last minute, and it took some time for Booking Health to assist me in rebooking. I appreciate that airline cancellations are not their duty, but given the circumstances, I was hoping for more immediate assistance. It added stress to an already challenging trip. In the end, I'm grateful for the care and support I received. Simply be prepared for unanticipated snags while traveling for medical reasons.

My 14-year-old son was diagnosed with…

My 14-year-old son was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, and we began looking for advanced orthopedic oncology treatment abroad. Booking Health helped us connect with HELIOS Clinic Krefeld, where they offer limb-sparing surgery and chemotherapy for bone cancer. The doctors were outstanding – confident, experienced, and very respectful. The coordinator and translator supported us the entire time, helping us understand every stage of the process and making sure we were never alone. The only issue we had was with the first accommodation – it was too far from the hospital and not comfortable for long stays. The team responded quickly and moved us to a better place, but those first few days were a bit stressful. Now, my son is recovering well and slowly returning to normal activities. We are thankful for the care he received and the chance to save his leg. Booking Health gave us access to a level of care we couldn’t have found at home, and for that, we are deeply grateful.

I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer

I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer, and although surgery was available in my country, I wanted a second opinion and access to radioiodine therapy in Germany. I contacted Booking Health, and they helped me arrange treatment at University Hospital Erlangen. The surgery went well, and I’m grateful to the medical team. The hospital was clean and the doctor was kind and informative. The team arranged everything, including the schedule, interpreter, and accommodation. However, my admission was delayed by one day due to a bed shortage, and I only found out after I had already arrived at the hospital. I had to wait for hours in the hallway and stay at the hotel an extra night. The team did apologize and handled the cost, but it was still stressful. In the end, the treatment was successful, and I’m now recovering. I appreciate what Booking Health did, but I hope they will improve communication with hospitals for smoother coordination next time.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH THE…

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH THE WELL-BEING OF YOUR LOVED ONES.

No care was provided due to my mother's deteriorating health with Stage four cancer; I sent letters from her doctor stating she was not fit to fly or travel. All I did was pay a deposit of €11,000, but the second part of the agreement to authorize Booking Health to act on my mother's behalf at the hospital was never signed, as she was hospitalized the day after the deposit was made. I have submitted all evidence regarding this. No services were utilised or scheduled. I am still waiting for the refund that was promised to me. This money should be held in a holding and I feel they have used this money unlawfully. After all this waiting, I began researching reviews, and I urge you to read them before making a reservation. The one-star reviews are accurate, and there are even news articles about others who have faced similar issues, including cases where individuals passed away before receiving treatment and their loved ones are still waiting on their money back. Thousands of pounds not returned. Can you imagine this, this is evil. Trustpilot has all the detailed one star reviews. Booking Health follows the same procedure with many clients, including myself.



1. They assure you that you will receive your money to keep you satisfied for a few days.

2. They stop responding and have their quality director, Hamy, email you to keep you waiting for a few more days.

3. They claim that the negative reviews are from competitors, which is simply untrue; in fact, the positive reviews are likely fabricated. I have contacted the negative reviews, there is a dedicated email address for people who have been scammed.

4. They then request your bank details to delay you further.

5. They ask you to sign a non-disclosure agreement in exchange for a partial refund.

6. Still, no money is returned, and they start ignoring you.

7. Some individuals have taken them to court and still have not received their refunds.



Additionally, the booking agents are aggressive, lack medical training, and merely email hospitals on your behalf, which you could easily do yourself for half the price with properly trained medical staff. Just pick up the phone and contact the hospital; most staff speak fluent English. I have documentation of all the misleading information provided by the booking agent. It disgusts me to think of all the lies I was told while my mother fights Stage four cancer. I cannot believe this situation has unfolded. All I want is my money back. I do not need or want any extra stress in an already challenging time.



They do not respond to emails or calls, and even their CEO remains silent.They promised me I would have it today after weeks of additional stress. Nothing again.



Please heed this warning; they are exploiting vulnerable sick individuals, and I cannot comprehend how they can rest easy at night. These are facts—conduct your own investigation

My father was diagnosed with thyroid…

My father was diagnosed with thyroid cancer that had progressed to his lungs, and we were recommended to seek radioiodine therapy overseas owing to the restricted availability in the UAE. We discovered Booking Health, and they arranged for him to be treated at the Martha-Maria Hospital Munich in Germany. The medical treatment was professional, and the doctor was quite aware on modern techniques. Our coordinator was really helpful in planning his admission and coordinating translations. However, we were underwhelmed by the hospital accommodations. The private room we expected turned out to be a semi-private ward, and it took two days to resolve the situation. My father was already nervous, so this contributed to his tension. The team finally interfered and resolved the problem, although it left a bad note at first. However, the therapy went as expected, and my father is now stable and improving. I appreciate the team's efforts; they were responsive and sympathetic, even amid the miscommunication. Simply double-check all preparations in advance.
