We would like to thank your team for the assistance in organizing treatment in Germany. We received a prompt response to our inquiry and were provided with a treatment program at the LDG Laboratories Oncology Clinic under Dr. Gansauge.

The entire process — from the initial response to our inquiry, the arrangement of our stay in Germany, the airport pickup, interpretation services at the clinic, to our return home — was smooth, efficient, and professional.

Thank you for your dedication to your work and for your support.

I never imagined I would write something like this. But the pain doesn’t go away — and I can’t stay silent anymore.

In 2022, my father was seriously ill. We were searching for any hope — and that’s when we found Booking Health. Their website looked professional. Their promises seemed real. They offered a medical program, and we transferred €17,624 after signing a contract.

Unfortunately, we were not able to travel.
So, we requested a refund.
And that’s when the nightmare started.

Even though the contract said we had canceled on time, they offered to refund only €8,646, and only if we signed an NDA — a confidentiality agreement.
We were grieving, stressed, and didn’t want to lose everything.
We signed it.

But after that — they disappeared.
No refund.
No responses.
Nothing.

We sent email after email, and begged for updates.
They ignored us. It’s been over two years.

Then, just two days ago, a friend — who knew what happened to my family — shared a video from TikTok, exposing Booking Health and their methods.
That video shook me.
It showed that we’re not alone.
That dozens of other patients were treated the same way.
That this is a pattern.

After hours of thinking, I knew I had to speak up.
Yes — I know I’ll never get my money back.
But I’m writing this review so no other family suffers like we did.

This experience has left a mark on our lives. What hurt the most wasn’t just the money — it was the feeling of being abandoned when we needed compassion the most.

If this message reaches even one person before they make the same mistake, then it was worth sharing.
I wish this pain on no one. And I hope the truth will speak louder than fake promises.

I'm writing this not out of anger, but out of deep sadness and heartbreak — in hopes that no one else will go through what my family endured.

Earlier in 2025, my mother was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in Saudi Arabia. We were desperate to save her. We searched everywhere for a treatment option — any hope at all — and we came across Booking Health.

They looked very professional. Their website promised access to top doctors and hospitals in Germany. I reached out and sent my mother's full medical reports. Just two days later, they recommended Dendritic Cell Therapy, telling us to act quickly because her condition was critical. Since we already had a visa, they urgently asked me to transfer the money.

I transferred €33,856 directly from my account to MedExpert, their official partner.

But the same day I sent the money… my mother’s condition got worse. She was admitted to the ICU, and the very next day — she passed away.

I immediately contacted Booking Health and explained everything, hoping for understanding. I told them I had taken a bank loan for my mother’s treatment, and now she was gone.

They responded coldly:
“We’ll check with the finance team… we need to do calculations.”

Three weeks of chasing them. Emails. Phone calls. Silence. Finally, they sent me a “final calculation” — saying I would only receive €17,000 back, and the rest was “service fees.”

That’s €16,856 lost, and they said the refund would only be processed if I signed a confidentiality agreement — basically, a legal gag order to stop me from speaking to the media or taking legal action.

When I refused to sign — they stopped responding entirely.

This is not just about money. It’s about dignity, compassion, and basic human decency. I lost my mother, and instead of empathy, I was met with silence and exploitation.

I'm sharing this to warn other families. I’m leaving 5 stars only so this review doesn’t get deleted. Not because they deserve praise — but because people deserve to know the truth.

It was a very pleasant experience to meet Professor Gansauge and his team. Despite the difficult work they do, they still seem positive,encouraging and optimistic. It is important that Professor Gansauge has opened a new, larger and more modern laboratory next to the clinic. The clinic is surrounded by magnificent nature. A spectacular lake is only 7 minutes away. It creates a relaxing and comfotable atmosphere for us and other guests we have met. Many thanks to our interpteter Alena, she made sure we felt comfortable at all times. We thank Julia from Booking.Health for organizing our trip. This is already the second time she has helped us find highly qualified medical help that was necessary to survive te illness.

We worked with Munira in Bonn for the second half of my husband’s (Neal Linnihan) cancer treatment, as arranged by Booking. Munira did such an excellent job, guiding us through each step of the treatment in the hospital, and was so professional. She knew the hospital, and was a very helpful connection for us with the staff. She was also a great sightseeing guide!! We have never been to this area, and she sent us links for things to do, and we did them all!!

Dr. Kovac was also fantastic. Very kind and knowledgeable, and he was very patient with our questions. His experience was evident at every step, and we felt very comfortable. His expertise was obvious.

Exceptional Experience with Booking Health and LDG Laboratories clinic – Personalized, Professional, and Truly Caring

We found Booking Health while researching online for advanced cancer treatment options for my mother, who was recently diagnosed with endometrial cancer. After surgery to remove her uterus, ovaries, and both pelvic lymph node chains (left and right), she decided to pursue adjuvant treatment in Germany to receive a higher standard of care than what is available in our home country.

From the beginning, the support we received was outstanding. Denis Walter, our personal account manager, called us directly and clearly explained everything — from the medical approach and schedule and what to expect at each step. His professionalism and empathy made a huge difference at a stressful time.

Once we moved forward, our medical consultant, Julia Meinhard, stepped in to organize every medical detail — appointments, documentation, communication with the clinic — with speed, precision, and kindness. On site in Germany, we were warmly welcomed by Claudia Nicolovius-Jelinek, our coordinating interpreter, who was an incredible support. She helped us navigate language barriers, transportation, scheduling, and practical concerns — always with patience and heart.

My mother received dendritic cell therapy at the LDG Laboratories clinic in Berg am Starnberger See, under the care of Dr. Gansauge and his skilled team. This type of therapy works by using the patient’s own immune cells — dendritic cells — which are collected from the blood, matured and programmed in the lab to recognize cancer, and then re-injected to help the body target the disease.

She had one treatment session, during which she received two injections of her personalized dendritic cells, specially prepared from her own blood that had been collected a week earlier. It was quick and painless. Although it’s common to feel mild flu-like symptoms afterward, my mother only felt slightly chilly for a day or two — nothing major and no real side effects.

The clinic itself is peaceful, spotlessly clean, and very professional. Dr. Gansauge and especially the nurses were kind, attentive, and clearly experienced. Along with the dendritic cells, my mother received a high-dose vitamin infusion (a “vitamin cocktail”) and a high-dose vitamin D injection to support her immune response.

This is just the first stage of her treatment. The second phase — chemotherapy and radiotherapy in Munich — will follow soon and is carefully timed to work in synergy with the immune activation from the dendritic cells. This integrative approach gave us hope, structure, and a plan that feels both modern and personalized.

Just days before our trip, my mother suddenly developed lymphedema in her leg — a complication from the lymph node removal surgery. This was unexpected and not part of the original treatment plan. Still, the Booking Health team responded quickly and compassionately. Claudia and Julia, together with the LDG Laboratories clinic staff, made a great effort to find us the right specialists.

They arranged manual lymphatic drainage sessions with a professional physical therapist and helped us get custom-made compression stockings — all within a few days. These services were not included in the original treatment package and had to be paid separately, but they were beautifully organized and handled with genuine care.

We stayed at Seehotel Leoni, in the village of Leoni by the shores of Lake Starnberg. The peaceful, beautiful setting was incredibly healing. Being able to rest by the lake made a huge difference to our emotional and physical wellbeing.

This experience has gone far beyond clinical care — it was personal, compassionate, and very human. I can’t thank Denis, Julia, Claudia, and the LDG Laboratories clinic team enough. They walked with us through every step. I wholeheartedly recommend Booking Health to anyone looking for safe, structured, and supportive cancer care in Europe.

We used a check-up service for a child at the M1 children's clinic in Munich. We flew in from Cyprus, and we organized everything remotely from Cyprus. Maria, the manager, and Elena, the translator, worked with us. We are very grateful to them for their exceptionally attentive approach to our problem and in organizing the survey.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience using Booking Health. In my home country, I was only offered an invasive treatment option. However, thanks to Booking Health, a much gentler approach was made possible.

Prof. Dr. Suckfüll at the Martha-Maria Hospital conducted a thorough examination and determined that a significantly less invasive treatment could be performed. Impressively, the procedure was arranged for the very next day.

SCAMMERS! DO NOT USE! They charge people thousands and thousands over actual cost. Absolutely despicable. They should be deeply ashamed to dupe desperately ill people!!!

Be ware BookingHealth is untrustworthy!
My wife had back surgery through Bookinghealth in July 2023. I have found the interaction I had with them to be unprofessional and only interested in the payment. They asked us to deposit 47,000 euro but the surgery cost under 10,000 euro. When we ask for refund they kept saying German accounting is complicated and that they will get back to us. They never got back to us. Now they don't even answer our messages. Dennis Walter initial assured us there will be full accounting. Hishem Zizi was the coordinator who always say accounting is working on it. These are people who are not trustworthy. BookingHealth is untrustworthy! My suggestion to people who want to get medical service in Germany is to make your appointment directly with the Hospital instead of through BookingHealth!

I had a deeply disappointing experience with BookingHealth regarding the treatment my wife received in Frankfurt. The medical care provided by the doctor was not impressive, and unfortunately, my wife faced complications that ultimately led to her passing.

Following this tragic outcome, I attempted to reach out to BookingHealth to request a refund for the treatments that were not provided. However, my efforts have been met with significant difficulty, and I have not received the support I expected. Communication has been frustrating, and despite multiple attempts, I have not been able to resolve the issue.

In particular, I found the support from Ms. Julia Meinhard and Hany Elrouby (Quality Head) to be insufficient. Given the seriousness of the situation, I had hoped for more empathy, responsiveness, and assistance in addressing my concerns. Instead, I have struggled to get any meaningful resolution.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and customer service from BookingHealth. I would caution others to be very careful when using their services, especially when dealing with critical medical matters.
