I experienced som small damages on the book cover
I experienced som small damages on the book I bought, probably not caused by Bookis, but by the forwarder. However, Bookis immediately responded to my request and gave me a compmensation. Yhey offered a new book within seconds, but the book was soldt out from the publisher. So that was not an option. All in all - Great service from Bookis.com
