Bookis is a safe middleman between seller and buyer making the interaction smooth. It is also great that they offer to pay royalties to the author to make second hand sale economically sustainable for the writers.

Not trustworthy
They said the book will be delivered about 3-4 days. However, it actually took 18 days despite I contacted several times to solve this. Also, two of them asked me wrong address.... I bought a book for my study, but it was too late. I'm really unsatisfied with them.

Communication is fast and easy
I started out choosing two boks from one seller, wanted to remove one and ended up having ordered the wrong book in the process, not sure how it happened. The seller was kind enough to send me the right one. Communication was fast and easy.
