Laure and all the care givers at Busy…

Laure and all the care givers at Busy Bees Thurstaston have been brilliant in caring for my son. Nothing seems too much trouble and they go out of their way to accommodate extra session if I need, often at very short notice.
Pebble is working well for planning extra days as and when. Really happy

Jack was amazing

Jack was amazing, very precise, and went at my pace. I had a lot of questions, and he was patient with me.

He showed me how to use the platform and we have built a wonderful working relationship.

Pebble is so user friendly and there is always someone to help if you have any queries.
My customers love the site too and find it really easy to book on to my sessions.

Mostly okay but 1 star less because I…

Mostly okay but 1 star less because I could only book and pay for one day at a time. I had to start over for each day purchased. Thankfully you can do 2+ children at a time otherwise it would have taken even longer!

Grand but could be improved

I just didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t book multiple days and times for my three kids at once. I was only able to book one activity/time per child at a time which dragged out the booking process.

Much better since instant booking is…

Much better since instant booking is possible. We were getting frustrated with the nursery taking such a long time to confirm and then rejecting our requests sometimes over a week late. It felt quite rejecting and did rupture the relationships with them. Would be more helpful if this was an app we could download.

5⭐️ booking provider

Pebble has a fantastic booking system and their team are extremely helpful :)
Using Pebble for bookings saves me so much time and it’s quick and easy for parents to book yoga sessions.
Someone is always available if I need any help, especially in the tech department! They also listen to clients and are always improving the service.
Definitely 5⭐️

A fantastic new booking platform

I have been using Pebble now for several months for my children’s activity business and I couldn’t be happier. The booking platform looks terrific. It’s eye catching with photos which really help with advertising. It’s clear and simple to use and I’ve had wonderful feedback from my customers.

For me, one of the best parts of the service is the help desk and support you receive. This is excellent and if you are stuck with anything they will help. Not via a robot but a real person who can talk you through what to do. This has meant I haven’t wasted any time learning a new system and the whole process has been smooth and stress free.

Can’t recommend pebble enough!!

Can’t recommend pebble enough.
If you’re thinking of switching booking system? This is your sign to do it!

It has been night and day compared our previous booking system and can’t rate the customer service enough! It has been second to none.

It is very user friendly and all of our customers have already commented on how much smoother the booking process has been.

Once they have your card details you cannot delete it and they have automatic payments and nothing you can do.

Pebble is excellent

Pebble has made my life so much easier as a small business owner. The support and guidance you receive is exceptional and there is always someone to help you. I’ve used other booking systems before and they do not support in the same way. They catch up with you regularly and give you information on updates etc and will also take on board any suggestions you have or anything that would help your business. I would highly recommend Pebble.

Great booking system for small businesses

I have looked for a long time for a booking system that works for my small business and Pebble ticks all the boxes. Their customer service is exceptional and having a dedicated person to deal with is a great aspect.
Any queries or questions have been answered instantly and any advice I have given has been welcomed by them. I know they will continue to update and improve the system where ever needed.
Thank you for providing a stress free booking system.

Really pleased we made the switch…

I recently switched to the Pebble system and have found it easy to use - much more user friendly than my previous system. There are constant improvements to the system and having your own case manager has meant you have access to support whenever it is needed and can request changes if something isn't working for yourself. Customer feedback is that they have found it easier to book using this system also.

Great platform

Great platform. its been so easy to learn how to navigate and add sessions on.
love the new features of adding individual participants on, makes bookings even easier.
Clear and easy to read and use.
The customer service is brilliant, if ever I've had any questions or needed help someone has always got back to me really quickly and resolved my issue or answered my question.
George in particular is fantastic and is always an email or video call away to help with anything. Thanks George!

Great platform for my children’s activity business bookings and customer management. The development team is working fast to add functionality to offer even more benefits

Pebble reached out to me about the expansion of their platform. I was initially dubious that Pebble would offer me anything different than my current booking software. However Sophie and Brett were fantastic at answering my queries and helped me to see the benefits that Pebble could bring to my business.
I’ve found the software easy and intuitive to use and my customers have commented on how they prefer the booking process and follow up emails and reminders to my previous system. They said the booking process was quicker and it felt much more professional too.
There were several functions that Pebble couldn’t offer me when I first signed up. However there has been plenty of opportunity to discuss these requirements and the software developers have been quick to make changes and put it place new functionality which has really benefited my business and customer management.
My customer success manager, George, been very helpful and supportive since I signed up. He always answers my emails/WhatsApp messages and schedules regular zoom meetings or phone calls to make sure I’m happy with how things are working. He passes my feedback or function requests to the developers quickly and follows up with them to find out the time scale for each new function going live.
After I had some difficulties embedding Pebble into my Wix website, George jumped onto Zoom and helped me get it sorted while taking time to make sure my website booking page looked its best and that everything was working smoothly.

I’m very glad that I made the decision to move my bookings over to Pebble and look forward to continuing to see the benefits that the software and amazing support and development teams can bring to my business.
