A great way for me to promote my classes to the wider public and I really appreciate the offers available to me and my customers. The booking system is clear and easy to use for myself and my customers and the support is on hand when needed.

Pebble has transformed my booking process with its user friendly platform for families to book classes. I regularly get feedback from parents and carers commenting how quick and efficient it is to book with Pebble. Customers also receive rapid support from the Pebble team if they need help with a booking.
As a business tool, I can collect data quickly and easily, reconcile accounts accurately whilst payments are processed automatically. It’s been a game changer and huge time saver.
In addition, being a fairly new player in the market, Pebble works in partnership with their activity providers. My customer success manager, Callum, has been on hand to guide me through the set up process and any subsequent issues. He ALWAYS responds to emails and messages, listens and shares his expertise. He understands my need for detail and accuracy and has been very patient as I progress from Excel to a fully automated system. He also feeds my comments back to the development team so that they can use providers’ experience to improve the platform. Development on the platform is fast paced and proactive. I am also excited about being involved at the beginning of Pebble’s break into the sector and I look forward to seeing how the platform grows. It’s a fantastic tool and I wonder how I managed without it.

We love Pebble, it’s so easy to book for when family who usually look after our daughter have an emergency or something else booked in. Means our daughter can enjoy some time around other children and carers, which is great for her social development. The website is so simple and easy to use. We also love the newsletters with tips and activity ideas on.

1. A personal face to face service with Callum means I get helped to explore ways to offer my classes on the platform. He shows me how to use it more efficiently and is always available to answer my questions. He is completely able to manage my creative brain and explain things clearly and simply
2. The platform is easy to navigate and it is visually accessible and organised in a way that make sense. I never get lost in it.
3.The platform caters for my complicated variety of classes and it means all my work is recorded in one place
5. The subscription option is outstanding which means I can be paid monthly even during not teaching periods.
6. Pebble are adapting all the time and listen to the needs of their clients to inform them about how to grow and improve

We are a Mandarin Chinese children class supplier. In the past I evaluated other platforms, but none were convincing until I talked to Pebble.

The onboarding session led by George Johnson and his team was super helpful. Going into the first call, I thought I might use Pebble to fill a few extra places, but very quickly I realised that this is the platform I have been waiting for. The platform is inituitive to use and iterate, and is making useful improvements frequently. We shifted all our booking onto this platform in a matter of 2 weeks. All went very smoothly, and the team was very effective and efficient in providing any technical support.

Since using Pebble, we have reduced a lot of administrative work on enrollment and payment confirmation. The fee level is reasonable and worth it. I would highly recommend any activity provider to give Pebble a try.
