Stick with Booksibreaks.
If you see an ad anywhere for Booksibreaks and call them up, MAKE SURE you book a break with them and do not get talked into having a 'free upgrade for seven nights' with Beach Travels. It's clear from these reviews that Booksibreaks are reliable but maybe some of their staff are not, just sayin'!
On arrival the customer service on the desk was confident and showed us to our room - as some hotels we’ve stayed in just give the key and tell you directions.
On arrival the customer service on the reception desk was confident in explaining everything to us. Our room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast and evening meals were excellent and plenty to eat. The waiter’s were pleasant and polite and went above and beyond. The beer garden was lovely and we met some very nice people to talk too. We would definitely be coming back to stay again.

A Great Experience
The hotel room was very large and comfortable. The staff were very warm and incredibly friendly. The pillows were divinely soft and the towels were fluffy and cuddly.
The only fly in the ointment was the extremely low water pressure in the showers which we complained about but got no resolution. Also the continental breakfast was a little underwhelming.

Brilliant
The bed was huge, the food was fantastic, the restarant manager was brilliant, the bar maid was so sweet and I loved the guy who talked to us about Karma Hotels.

What a stunning place
Beautiful setting with attention to detail. Staff couldn’t do enough for us.
Tucked away, this small hotel oozes charm and comfort
Food is really good, but do book as the locals have found it. Mother’s Day was quite busy.
Lovely to sit on the terrace and watch the fishing on the lake with a drink.

Staff excellent nothing to much trouble.
Staff excellent nothing to much trouble, always friendly. Food was excellent, quality produce, presented well. We loved the hotel if not in need of updating and maybe a picture or 2 on bedroom wall, floorboards need looking at. It is situated in a lovely area with plenty of walks and houses to look around.

Karma hotel a fine hotel but in the middle of nowhere issues with foods choices
Karma hotel is a lovley hotel with great staff. It is in the middle of nowhere meaning you have a 40 minute drive to the surrounding towns, shame it couldn't be a walk. The menu and food is great but expensive. The problem with this is you have to drive to another pub/restaurant if you want somenthing different. There are 2 local pubs, The Vinyard and The Blue Bell. The Blue Bell serving the better food. There was also a problem at checkout as we were asked to pay for breakfast, I had an email from Karma stating we had bed and breakfast. They explained we had to pay for the cooked breakfast, the continental was free. Unfortunately, the continental was a poor offering. It was bread and jam, or toast and jam. There was a small offering of pastries, and a fruit ball of apples, oranges and a few slices of melon. Not the usual meats, cheeses, salads - fruit and other, yogurts, cereals etc. In the end we had the cooked breakfasts removed from the bill. If I was to go back to that area I'd look at staying somewhere a bit closer to one of the many beautiful towns to give a better choice of things to eat and do.

Great quaint hotel in a lovely location
The hotel was a 3-star and so didn't have a spa or gym. Also, the bedroom was small and the view wasn't good. However, overall the hotel was very clean. The staff were very friendly, and the food was very nice. There weren't many vegan options and the food was expensive.

We have needed to postpone temporarily due to health issues. Carolyn from service desk has excelled on helping us with these circumstances and we feel greatful to her and the company for showing compassion in this instance. Very much appreciated. Thank you

Cosy getaway
Awesome location and stunning hotel, biggest draw back is being 6"5 with low ceilings I see all the places they miss when cleaning.
Food was stunning and extremely cosy, staff were a cut above that usually experienced.
