Had a great, quiet week in Bavaria with booksi. Wonderful staff, lovely location a short walk from the lake.

Was very sceptical when I first got a call from Bookski Breaks and was unsure whether to book.

Glad we did decide to go ahead and for £200 for four nights including breakfast it was a bargain. We did undertake the sales meeting we had agreed to but didn’t feel under any pressure and Ruben couldn't have been nicer.

Hotel room was like royalty staff was very friendly and helpful would highly recommend this great stay to friends and family best service I have ever received

We recently spent a week in Karma Bavaria, and had an amazing time! Booksi are a trustworthy site, we stayed well informed all the way through, and our experience with Karma exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Very pleasant staff and welcoming on arrival accommodation was in a beautiful area room was of a standard level but that was because we were not members overall a lovely stay.

I dislike pushy sales people, Booksibreaks are the opposite. They listened to my needs, concerns and helped find the right hotel, dates and even cheapest flights for my holiday. Really first class service.

Bookssibreaks offerd us a wonderful offer for a holiday in Scotland. Very happy with the hotel standards, amazing food, brilliant customer service. The whole process was quick and smooth, we definitely recommend them.

Just come back from the Karma Salford Hall using Booksibreaks. We were a little nervous at first as didnt know what to expect but we took a gamble and it certainly paid off. The hotel was lovely, maybe a little old for our liking but it gave that vibe of history.
The staff at Booksibreaks were 2nd to none and helped us right from the get go, even helping out with the small things.
All in all we had a wonderful experience when we werent expecting alot.

As before this company does not even have the decency to contact you back to try and resolve our complaint?

Excellent Friendly Customer Services, the booking staff where very helpful and clear on the type of break we booked. They came over as honest and genuinly wanted to help up book. We have not been to the hotel yet but the booking process was Excellent.

I was sold a 4 day 3 night stay in the UK, which was on a promotional offer, but I was never advised at all, that before purchasing it, I would not be able to canx it if I changed my mind or if something came up later on. I had sent 3-4 emails asking for a refund, but had to call after no response, to be told I can’t get a refund whatsoever, which is totally unacceptable.. They take ur money without giving you the full information even to the point I was told the offer was £199 all in, to be then told by another person it’s plus VAT. So without getting any help from them, I wanted to know what I can do to get my money back.
