Absolutely beautiful location and very friendly and helpful staff. Had a lovely relaxing stay at karma lake of menteith hotel. Small rural hotel, food was really excellent, I would recommend it wholeheartedly to everyone!

The booking was very easy and handled very well

The venue was really good although the weather was not great enjoyed the hotel and staff excellent food also great unfortunately the shower was almost nonexistent as the water pressure and temperature was cold.I understand the hotel is in a transition to upgrading the rooms so that should remedy that problem overall a great break

Superb location, great food, good restaurant, bar and games room. Our room was nice enough; not spectacular, but the setting and the surrounding countryside certainly were. Stirling Castle and Loch Lomond were among the highlights of the trip, but visiting the Kelpies and a 15-mile bike ride from Aberfoyle were also great.

The person i dealt with was very helpful.

It was too far from amenities, we had to drive miles to see places, the room was nice but not quite up to standard implied by brooksy break staff. The Continental Breakfast was very good,Although dining room looked a little below standard ,whilst told of wine and cheese taster, we felt there should been met and invited to the event, No one showed us the emenities, due to my partner's parent taking ill we had check out after two days, we had evenig meal on first night and felt the meal was either frozen or prepacked and considering the price, if not for the discount given we would not have stayed

I have always thought that you always find out how good a company is when things don't go according to plan, when everything goes pear shaped.
Recently we had to Cancel a 4 night Break last minute due to a Family bereavement.
When contacted Booksi breaks were very sympathetic and made sure that our break could be re-scheduled for whenever we desired which was totally unexpected, they were so understanding and for this we are extremely grateful.

The hotel itself is a lovely building and promises a lot looking through the on-line description but it does need some TLC, which it probably hasn't seen since before Karma took it over from Best Western. It was a puzzle why renovations hadn't been done during the Covid lockdown since it was acquired before lockdown: would seem an ideal time to me. I was also left feeling suspicious of the Karma Club that was given the "big sell" treatment by two of their reps., "this is our best offer but if you sign up today I can do even better." I'm still unclear on what financial commitments might have been expected and the subtleties of partial ownership vs timeshare.

Had a great long weekend away at Karma Lake of Mentieth and Andy & Adele were great hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. The staff at the hotel are lovely and very accommodating, nothing is too much trouble for them. The morning and evening views are stunning and walking around the lake is very peaceful. Most of the meals were well tasty although we found the Sunday Roast was a bit of a let down.
