Excellent Service

NO SUPPLY FOR 2 MONTHS

Leaving me without supply going on 2 months now, Top up key and Cards not being sent/ not working. Not giving us emergency credit just advising they can send a new key a card by post. Absolutely shocking. Asked if there's anything we can do as we need supply asap the response i got 'not really.' how cheeky can you be!!!!

shocking, poor service, no joined up thinking

shocking, simply shocking- no joined up thinking within Boost. Passed between departments with nobody actually taking ownership just blaming each other. Left with no Gas for several days due to repeated Boost failings, I had to constantly chase Boost and actually offer them solutions. Would i ever use Boost again...never whilst i'm still breathing
