Zinghign Store are scammers, like everyone else said you buy something expensive and they send you a cheap £1 shop - paypal let them get away with it! Paypal state you can only gain a refund if you sent them item back to the company at your own expense which will cost £50 to send a cheap £1 cheese grater back! Who are these Chinese people? We need to all take them down!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought a pressure washer from them after contacting them as I hadnt received item they eventually sent a packet with a cheap hose nozzle!
Contacted them and they said return it at my expense!

Ordered a portable jet wash but after months got a hose pipe connecter and now they are asking me to pay for it too, I have escalated it to Paypal as this is the second company to do this including verystyle home where I ordered one thing and they sent some thing else, I am now contacting Facebook and papypal and will let you know the outcome

UPDATE: I escalated this to PayPal and they refunded me back my money and I got to keep the rubbish they sent out too.

Zinghign is a scam company you order something they send you something else.They then want you to send it back at your expense.The real problem is that PayPal are letting them get a way with this and are on their side.

UPDATE PayPal have intervened I have sent this back but PayPal said they will cover postage if Zinghign don’t. Hopefully they will block their PayPal account going forward. I have told PayPal to read Trustpilot reviews about the scams this company pull off! Purchased a hydroshot on 5th June from Zinghign Store Was sent something totally different Tried to get a refund through paypal but they won't as they say they have proof of delivery Might well do but not what I have ordered You are then expected to pay for the return of the goods so you pay for something and then lose more money by paying for it to be returned Apparently if you pay for something through paypal you then can't go to your credit card company for a refund going to have to check that one out

At the end of May, 2020 I ordered a portable jet washer from Zing Highn Street for £24.99 and I waited and waited emailed them on numerous occasions asking where product was always given the same excuse its stuck in Customs in the end I informed them I was going to report them. Since then all my emails couldn't be delivered. Today I received my Purchase and surprise it wasn't a Portable Jet wash but a cheap, attachment for a hose pipe.
To say I'm disgusted is an understatement how these people can scam people out of there hard earned money is beyond belief.

Ordered a cute Cactus cat climbing tree scratcher for my kitties. It never came and they never answered any of my emails. My money has now been stolen by these crooks!! Do NOT BUY FROM Borrent Store!!!

Please do not buy from this online website. It is called Candla on Facebook. They are located in China and they are scammers. I bought a newborn baby bath set- it took months and only the cushion of the tub came; they did not send the tub. They ignored my email so I paid full price for an incomplete bath set.

Zero star deserved here. They send you a small pipe and ask you to return it to China at your expense. Avoid this company at all costs, I wonder how PayPal acts on behalf of such unscrupulous companies. Total SCAM, I lost money. Avoid

Zinghign is a total scam ordered a high pressure washer and received a hose nozzle after 6 weeks of waiting this company is total fraud

Try to get my money back from PayPal , but won’t unless you return it at your expense! And return something to China cost more then the item so you lost out both ways !

Ordered a wooden cat toy from Zinghign through Facebook, they sent a fabric tube. They wanted me to pay postage to return b4 a refund given. I said no so they would only give me 40%back. Said no to this too. After 98 days and 48 emails they agreed to 100% refund. This would take 3-7days. Nothing, some excuse about paypal case on open. So after 119 days and 55 emails I have finally received my money. An absolutely disgraceful company to deal with.

Oh My Gosh. I have had the same experience as everyone else. Bought a Cactus Cat Scratcher but it didn't arrive. Tried getting in touch with the company as the tracking number they provided me said it was delivered and even used my local area. Tracking said delivered and signed for, when I emailed them they said to check with my neighbours or local Post Office as it has been signed for. Now that I have read the other reviews I now remember an owl necklace that I never ordered turn up, which would be the parcel that was sent and signed for!! Beware of this company, clever scam and can't recoup any losses!!!!! I just want the cat scratcher!!! Currently the link goes to icurrent.com

Same as everyone else really. Bought a cactus cat scratcher but it didn't arrive. A strange owl necklace that I never ordered turned up instead. Tried getting in touch with the company as the tracking number they provided me was wrong and got no response. Opened a claim with PayPal and they then decided to email me back and provided PayPal with correct tracking. Tracking said delivered and signed for because it was the horrible owl necklace not the cat scratcher!! Due to this PayPal went in there favour as an item was delivered. Beware of this company, clever scam and hard to recoup any losses! Now goes under the name icurrent.online. So be careful.

They stole my money... They sent a toy instead of a real drum so they can show that something was sent and delivered. Clever... NOT... DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITE ITS A FAKE...

same story as the others i ordered a scratching post but paypal has no link to a payment on or around the day i ordered this. they use a fake paypal site to scam your login info. make sure you change your passwords and cancel the card you used to order the items, that's what i did. i filed a claim with my bank and they eventually refunded my money but only because i spend a lot on my credit card and they wanted to keep my business. these a**holes at borrent store told the bank i hadn't sent the item back (like they would ever say they received it or sign for it). i would recommend charging facebook with fraud in a civil action lawsuit for allowing this company to perpetrate it's scam through their platform. plus there are more bogus sites out there because facebook does not screen their ads. NEVER order from/made in China again, that is my mantra they started this virus we will bury them for it!

Buyers Beware. Order a cat scratching pole in December 2019, has not arrived. I have sent numerous emails and now they are saying it has been delivered and will not respond. Funny how I've visited the 3 post offices in my area and none of them have any record of the item being delivered. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!!

This appears to be a "scam" internet site. The items (2 Wooden Cat Hammocks) that I ordered were not received. Instead I received the cloth attachment only. I sent an email regarding the error and was advised that I could return the attachments OR I could keep them and get a 40% refund. Very odd since the items that I ordered were supposed to include a cloth attachment. When I tried to return to the store site on the internet (which I had bookmarked) I got a 404. That is when I found that many others had the similar experience with this "company" pulling similar switches. Consequently, I sent an email response accepting the 40% refund. If and when I receive the refund is anyone's guess. BTW They did provide the store address: 2nd Floor, Building C, Weitian Industrial Park, No. 10 Beihuan Road, Wang Niu Dun Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, China. Had I know it was China rather than the US I would not have ordered.
