Total fraudsters. I ordered as 13 tone lotus ethereal drum, they shipped a toy xylophone (worth less than $1) then told me I have to return the toy to China for refund!. I have an investigation started. I ask everyone who has been ripped off by these people to start a claim through Shopify, PayPal or FBI Internet crime complaint ctr at ic3.gov Theives like this wreck it for legitimate sellers.

I advise you not to order here. They are crooks. They send a total other, much cheaper product. After your complain the give you 40% discount. But the article is not worth that much. They have very much company names but the same adress to send the product back to them.

I would have put 0 for my review, but that was not available. This crooked company should be prosecuted for their illegal “bait and switch” tactics. I bought two of the collapsible baby baths for my two pregnant granddaughters’ shower gifts. Imagine my surprise when they mailed them a 99 cents blowup plastic whatever.....certainly not what was advertised.
I will pursue a refund and will also report them. Hopefully no one else will fall for this scam! Shame on them!!!!

Same here... I ordered a drum from this company costing $27 they sent me a toy xlophone! I opened a dispute at Paypal, but as I can read from other people, nothing will happen.

I ordered a drum from this company costing $27 they sent me a toy xlophone worth pennies. I have tried to contact them and had no success. PayPal want me to return the item they sent me before they will refund me but that will cost me more then the item is worth so I will still be out of pocket...BEWARE do not buy from this comapany they are a scam and a rip off.

I see from other comments Im not the only one to recieve a toy instead of a drum! and agree PayPal are not supporting refunds

they will send you the wrong product and not take returns unless you pay the shipping to china yourself.
They mess up and refuse to refund you.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM OR ANY OTHER CHINESE STORE! Keep comp!aining, they are using SHOPIFY so please contact them also and tell them of this fraud! Their other stores are Monoper and Pivotlight and I am sure they have others! Also, click on their Twitter link and post there, we have to ban together and get these Chinese thieves and frauds blocked from as many places as possible!

Abysmal! If I could give no stars I would. They are Chinese scammers. They send you a totally wrong item, nothing like what you ordered & then expect you to return it to get a portion of your money back. As for Pay Pal, well don't think that paying through them offers you protection because they're facilitating this scam. I returned the piece of crap they sent me, as advised by Pay Pal & they rejected my claim. They said I didn't prove I returned the item, when I sent them a copy of the tracking receipt.

Same thing happened to me. I ordered a 2020 NEE STYLE ETHEREAL DRUM, instead they sent me a toy.

I also ordered a cat tree and got a cheap owl necklace. Scam. Stay away!

Same thing happened to me. I ordered a cat climber, instead they sent me owl watch pendant. I tried to dispute it on Paypal, and they said I had to return the owl pendant in order to get a refund! Makes no sense, as the value of the pendant is less than what it would cost to ship something back to China.

Company is 100% scan ..they are thieves .. hope they all contract the virus and Die Hard they are just stealing people's money Open a dispute with PayPal to get full refund they delivered totally different merchandise nothing to do with my order...my total was $28.00 they deliver some trash that doesn't value $0.50 I order a watch movement box they deliver a plastic watch case for one watch 100% Scan

I ordered an electric watch winder display case and received a cheap watch carry case worth next to nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!

I just now Googled Borrent as I also ordered the cat post. I got an owl necklace over the holidays and thought a friend shipped it to me.
I just contacted PayPal and had my claim escalated.
I will never order from these places that advertise on IG or Facebook.

I bought a a portable foldable baby bath and I received a blow up baby bath, nothing like the item I ordered. so annoyed, waited 4 weeks to receive it. I have emailed them. Terrible how people can scam other people like that. It was an add on Instagram to. I would put a photo if I could. $27.90 for the wrong item I am not happy.

Total scam order a cat scratching post and got a owl necklace. PayPal resolution / claim is also a total waste of time as it costs me more sending the goods back and providing a tracking number!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
