Our help team are on hand to help support all our members with their accounts.

BorrowMyDoggy is designed to help members build local, trusted connections and because every match depends on location, availability and preferences, the experience can vary. Some members find a great fit quickly, while for others it can take a little more time.

Just so you’re aware, all members can sign up for free to browse local profiles in their area before choosing to upgrade. That way, it’s easier to see whether there are suitable owners or borrowers nearby for the type of arrangement you’re looking for.

We’re sorry to hear that things didn’t go as you’d hoped after joining the community. BorrowMyDoggy is designed to help members make local connections, and while every match is unique, we always aim for positive and meaningful experiences on both sides.

Just to clarify, once contact details have been exchanged with another member, a refund is no longer possible. This is because the purpose of the community, to create trusted connections between dog lovers, has been fulfilled. Sharing contact details means you're able to arrange a match offline, whether now or in the future, even if the first conversation doesn’t progress right now.
