The chair arrived and overall the quality seemed lower than I was expecting, but I chose to keep it as it was comfortable enough. After a month, one of the legs on my chair base snapped due to poor welding.
Boulies sent out a replacement base. It arrived completely scratched up and dented from not being packaged properly. I was also unable to actually replace the base as it's impossible to remove the gas lift without a tool.
At this point, I just want a refund and instead they are trying to bung me off with a lesser deal. I've been offered £15 back, £50 back, a new wheel base, a whole new chair base (which wouldn't even ship until a month later). I'm legally entitled to a refund as their attempt to replace/repair has failed within 6 months from purchasing and they won't let me have one. Avoid.

I bought a chair on the 11th of September. I am still yet to use it. The first chair arrived broken, after emails back and forth with them wanting to send out a replacement part (which I didn't want to replace and shouldn't have to do) they finally agreed to send out a whole replacement. The replacement finally arrives and that too arrives broken however with what seemed like a much easier part to replace which I am happy to replace. I have been battling to get this part sent out, despite sending very clear photos of what is wrong. For the price you pay for a chair, you'd expect higher quality parts and much better packaging.
Once I have received a replacement for the broken part and can actually use the chair, I will update this review. But until then, avoid this company as if something goes wrong, you're on your own kid.

The agent is on the issue you have quickly and do evertying they can to get you taken care of. It was the best customer service i've experienced.
Amazing customer service, with an issue with my chair the support agent sent me the whole seat base to resolve it immediately. Smartest buying decision I ever made.
Contacted them via a contact page just to see if I could get a replacement hydraulics for my chair. They asked for some questions for the chair issues then 3 days later, the replacement has arrived and i can sit in comfort again. Best chair I've ever used.
I was concerned initially due to they don't have the showrooms for trying. I was hunting for a quality but reasonable price chair and found boulies. I contacted the support team for the chair information and hope they can give me some advices for choosing a chair. They're really helpful and knowlegable, resolving my concerns, and help me choose the exact chair I want. Thanks again for the fine customer service.
Went for a Boulies since SecretLab is so expensive and after ordering it I looked at the Trustpilot reviews and honestly got really scared.
BUT, the chair arrived (with some delay, but that was Yodel's fault, not Boulies). All parts were intact. Nothing was damaged. It has withstood 4 days of intense gaming so far and seems fine. Because of the bad reviews I am a little worried, and will edit this if the chair breaks within the next few months but honestly; only 2 minor personal complaints:
1) please don't put your screw straight into the fabric Boulies. The chance of accidental tears is so high!
2) I personally do think the sitting area/cushion could have been just a tad bit wider and longer. Maybe by a centimetre. But that is entirely personal preference.
I'm small (159cm) and sit cross legged a lot.
Customer services is clearly outsourced, but most companies have that at the moment and when I queried the delivery time they did get back to me very quickly.
All the delivery was super fast. The chair is delivered in two days of ordering. Easy to assemble. Well packaged.
I ordered the wrong chair from the agent by mistake. And they help me exchange the correct chair with free of charge even the wrong chair has been delivered to my place. Good service 10/10
Absolutely horrendous customer service. I purchased a Boulies chair and although the quality was good, the chair itself was not for me so I wanted to return it for a refund. Initially contact was good, they were offering me alternative options, however once I decided on a refund the communication completely stopped. Despite following all the steps they asked me to do (e.g fully dismantle chair and send photos) and sending many chasing emails they are now completely ignoring me. Completely unacceptable!

I have a fault with my chair after three months. I contacted boulies via the website chat. They identified my issue promptly and send me the intstructions for the replacement. The replacement comes within 3 days all sorted. Very happy customer!!
I've had my boulies chair for over 2 years now. It's very comfortable and the rocking function is my favourite. Some of the plastics on the chair separately as my dog. I contacted Boulies support team for the replacement. They help send the replacement soon. Great Company and great customer support service.
Have recently purchased 3 chairs for my business and had intended on buying up to 15 more for other office staff, however one chair has come with a faulty arm rest that doesn’t stay in place and is lose with no means to fix it as a customer as it seems internal to the part, have wrote to the company without any response whatsoever ever, will not change my review until such time as this has been remedied

I've had 2 Boulies chairs now. The first lasted around 4 years & just purchased a new upgrade.
I personally haven't had any issues with Boulies & feel the quality of the product is very good. My first chair last over 4 years & had no faults with it.
New chair arrived, well packaged, within a few days of ordering.
took my money 2 weeks ago and I have just had my first communication and still no idea when I will receive the chair, I was told that I would get a delivery by the 28th from the messages on their website, why do they call themselves Boulies Uk when they are not in the uk, I would avoid these guys, wish id read the other reviews before ordering - the below reply below is a lie - my messages were ignored - then I was promised a next day delivery - I am too tired with them to detail all their lies - just avoid these guys - my order is now cancelled and AMEX is dealing with them

Refund required 24 Emails over a month
I bought the EP200 chair which looked reasonable online but I later understood Boulies uses fake reviews, the real feedback can be found here.
Although the customer service is polite, it can take days to get an answer and it's ultimately meaningless. The product itself looks ok but is notably uncomfortable. The back support pokes into your lower back, regardless of settings, and there's another piece that pokes into the back of your legs. It's uncomfortable in less than an hour of sitting. The tilt is too far bar, and the chair issues loud mechanical pops whenever you make small movements. I'm 6", 90kg, nothing unusual.
Although I was told returning the product would not be a problem, I was asked to disassemble the base, ie remove the gas lift from the tilt mechanism. This is an impossible task without specialised tools including a rubber mallet.
After 4-5 emails discussing disassembly, I was told this step was in fact not required. A courier was booked, I was asked to wait 9am to 5pm, they never showed up. It took a week to schedule another courier.
After the chair was finally picked up, I heard nothing from Boulies for 10 days. After 2 more chasing emails they finally issued me a refund. 24 emails in total were required, over the period of a month, it was an excruciating experience.
I would advise any potential customer to steer clear of this company.

Awful quality chairs, had mine just over 2 years and just out of warranty and they will not replace ! Avoid buying a boulies chair, they are expensive and do not last, buyers beware of this brand

I ordered the Fit chair a couple of months ago, and they told me it would be shipped on 27 June. I scarcely dared believe it because the chairs are made in China; but their customer service was swift and reassuring. Sure enough it arrived exactly when they said it would, and I am thrilled with the chair - it's exactly what I wanted: slim, elegant, with adjustable support on the neck and back and with a lovely rock on it.
Just put together my new bouiles master chair. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Dreadful quality. It's like sitting on wood. The chair doesn't go high enough, and the armrests don't go low enough. This results in very poor posture. I should have listened to everyone when they said get an office chair and not a gaming one.
I am 188cm tall. I ordered the Boulies Master chair which apparently fits people up to 190cm. It does not. My head was 4cm over the top of the back of the chair meaning the lumbar support was nowhere near where it should have been. I was offered the Boulies Elite Max as a replacement which I accepted. However both chair suffer from an insane level of tilt when in the tilt lock position.
I bought this to replace a £30 gas operated office chair and that is sturdier than this £330 equivalent.
I have been told that I will need to pay for the return shipping which is against UK distance selling regulations.
I will be returning this, I will not be paying a return charge and I will be not be buying or recommending a Boulies chair to anybody. I will be having words with my friend who recommended me such a terrible product.
