A Faultless Buying Experience at Bournemouth Cars
With less than favourable experiences of buying used cars previously, it was with some trepidation that I drove 200 miles for about 5 hours to visit Bournemouth Cars. Having carried out my own research on the vehicle they were advertising similar to that I was looking for, and considered the excellent reviews Bournemouth Cars had accumulated from satisfied customers, I decided to make the journey. I am very pleased to report that every mile, litre of fuel and the experience of a very congested M25 was well worth it! I was warmly greeted by Adrian and other members of staff on arrival and offered refreshment after my journey. The car was ready for me to view and I was allowed as much time as I wanted to inspect. I was so pleased it had been very well prepared, but not obviously ‘tarted up’ … this was a genuine example as advertised. How refreshing. I was offered a test drive and Adrian said I could go as far as I wanted unaccompanied. This meant I could thoroughly test the car and all its functions without hinderance. On my return, Adrian and I had a sensible discussion and negotiated a fair price for the car and trade in value on my current vehicle, and without much further thought, I agreed the purchase. Adrian dealt with all the paperwork very efficiently and was more than happy to answer any questions. I was able to drive the car home being taxed and insured, with a warranty too! I do not give recommendations easily, but on this occasion, all I can say is if Bournemouth Cars have a vehicle you desire, then I would have no hesitation in saying they are well worth a visit and you will be treated with courtesy and not experience any pressure to buy. Thank you Adrian and all your team.

Amazing.
Absolutely could not have asked for a better experience when buying our car. Friendly, knowledgeable and accomodating. Though we had our eyes set on a specific vehicle, they had a good array of vehicle. Car was in pristine condition.

Very helpful from start to finish. Because the vehicle wasn’t taxed Adrian arranged for us to use the company’s trade plates to drive it up to the midlands
as we were close to the end of the month. We then posted them back to Bournemouth Cars. Very pleased with the vehicle and the deal.
