Tried returning this dress, they are not clear on their many sites that you can not return. They offered me $12 and I paid 49.99 so I said no then they offered my $18. I will be going to the Better Business Bureau DO NOT ORDER FROME HERE. there are many different places in the USA you can go to and return your items.

I ordered 2 x swimming costumes for $72.00 which were very poor quality, they have made it extremely difficult to return the goods and get a full refund they have finally offered me $22.00 and I have to pay for the items to be returned to Dubai tracked. Very unprofessional do not order from this company you will be disappointed.

They suck the 3 outfits I order do not fit correctly they are way to big I asked to return and get a refund (tags still on all the outfits) and I am told I have to have the expense to return the items to No 47 107 Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE + 852 81990571... and then they will refund me not sure the going rate to send items to Dubai but I'm sure its not check DON'T ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE

Just a stunning dress! Absolutely love it! The fabric is Devine, soft and so dreamily flowing. So many compliments…..
Price was great value for such a high quality dress.
My only complaint, I wish I didn’t have to wait for its arrival.

The blue dress looks a bit poor related to what appeared online.

I thought is was going to be an aran knit however it is synthetic. Its a nice cardigan. but not true to the picture as advertised

Sweaters seems nice and soft. Quality as expected. They were out of stock with one jumper and my money was returned. Good service.

This is a scam site or at least they have a customer service that’s at the level of street bargaining. They sent me a wrong item ($39 total price) and when I pointed out they started offering me first $15, then $25 while I had clearly stated I didn’t need that item. I’m not a beggar, I don’t need handouts - just let me return the wrong item and pay refund or send me the correct one and I’ll send you the wrong one back. Like normal businesses in civilized societies do. Feels like you’re dealing with a second-hand street vendor and not a civilized business. It probably is - just one person working from his apartment. And they do this while the website clearly states that they’ll accept returns in 30 days. Be careful, don’t order from them.

Purchased on this website, never send the cloths and never answer email. and also took the money from my bank.

Rst rhey sais ot was available then no longer available as they had to production it, then they said it was back order then they said order again. Probablement customet service out of Canada and the us.

That the items I received are beautiful. Sad because I did not receive the rest of the initial order because you told me that they were not ready and were not sure when they would be delivered.

Delivery quick, size ok, overall impression very good. Sweters/ jackets looks elegant and met my expectation.

Everything was great as picture , true to size . Good quality and I recommend to buy from them.
I did order other stuff after the first experience . The only thing is you have to be patient, it take a while for the delivery.
But worth it.

I am a seamstress, this company use colors vibrant on their advertisement. I did not like that every piece of clothing is the same fabric. I do not know what to call this fabric. very poor quality and colors are horrible. It took almost 5 weeks before I receive it. I need to return every item I spend $256.95. I want to return every item for a full refund. Can someone help me on how to return these items. I already read that they do not give you your full refund. How do I have every item with the same fabric, cheap fabric.

I was thoroughly pleased with all aspects of my shopping experience with Bovuf. It was faster and more efficient than I expected ( considering I live in Ireland).I love the clothes and the quality far exceeds what you would expect for the price. I’ll be keeping an eye on Bovuf for more bargains!
