Was very disappointed with the color and the quality of the dress. But it was true to size.

Fast delivery and the item was as I expected

I received a dress that does not fit and have been unable to return it. Therefore, although I kept 4 out of the 5 I ordered, I will not order again. Not being able to return an item is a deal breaker for me.

I recently ordered a top from Bovuf. It doesn’t fit me. It’s the size I normally wear, and I can’t fit into it!. I tried requesting a return label from them, but they will not respond. They’re presently trying to negotiate with me to accept $22.00 from the 36.00 of original cost from their company, and to keep something I can’t wear instead of refunding me! According to their website, you will receive a full refund upon returning the item back to their warehouse, within 30 days, and in its original package, accompanied with the tags as well, not mentioning that you’ve to pay the postage and handling to return it. This is unacceptable, and they shouldn’t be allowed to be in business.I’m going to file a complaint about this company, so that no one else gets scammed!

I have ordered previously from Retailer..delighted with my purchases.The Green dress I ordered is beautiful on, very flattering and I have got lots of positive reaction to it...I also ordered a multi coloured long sleeved shirt which is lovely quality and I have yet to wear. Would definitely recommend purchasing from Bovuf.

The dress I ordered arrived without delay. It is gorgeous just as shown in advertisement. I haven’t worn it yet but am looking forward to showing it off. Good value for money and the style is perfect for me. I highly recommend this company Bovuf. I’ll be back and thank you.

Interacting with the Bovuf Service Team was a nightmare, so unprofessional, unfriendly, unaccommodating and rude.
Replying with "We don't care how many emails you sent." They wanted a tracking number and were advised multiple times that I could not give it to them, because I did not have the number. They also wanted the item sent, that had already been returned. Although, they did have in their computer: order number, returned dress, name, address, phone number and a charge of $63.98 on the credit card. They still chose not to address or rectify the issue. Bovuf is more interested in receipt of payment than accommodating the customer with the required refund as stated in their policy.

Was wearing black dress yesterday first time. Got tones of compliments! Love it! More dresses with pockets, please!

It was a very good first time experience. Sizes are accurate and clothes are nicely packed in zip locks bags. Fuss free experience. Will definitely purchase again.

This dress is stunning! Wearing it to a wedding next weekend, love the colors , it’s made well, and it’s very feminine and flowy.

Need to return one outfit that is way too small.
