We cannot recommend Boxall Brown & Jones highly enough! From start to finish, initial enquiry to completion, the service was first class. In life, communication really is key, Boxall Brown & Jones kept us updated, well informed and reassured at every point of the process. The team at Boxall Brown & Jones are professional and knowledgeable whilst being friendly and accessible, the perfect balance. We would like to pay special thanks to Anthony for taking ownership of the whole journey, a harder working and genuine gentleman, you will struggle to find. We would also like to mention Angela and Tracey, again always on hand to update or answer any queries, promptly and accurately. The prospect of moving to a new house can be daunting or perhaps overwhelming, but not with Boxall Brown & Jones. If we do move again, we would without any hesitation at all be contacting the team at BBJ, safe in the knowledge that we were not just a number, we were valued! Worse ever agency guys never trust them have a bad experience with them. I paid them my holding deposit and waited for 2 month for no reason and they r waisted my time wat a joke.

During a prolonged and somewhat fraught sale of our property with another estate agent and purchase in Derby (the purchase being managed by Boxall Brown & Jones), the team were fantastic in every way possible and went that additional step at every stage to make sure the purchase went through as smoothly as possible. Clare was professional, friendly and helpful through the process and made the difference for us as a purchaser. Even after completion contact has been maintained and it was (in a highly stressful process) Clare that made all the difference - if I could have given more than five stars If i could !!

Very pleased with the service I received from BBJ Belper on the recent sale of my house.

We sold our house with Boxall Brown and Jones Allestree branch. Having tried to sell with Another agent to no avail, we contacted Anthony who immediately placed the house on the market that day and viewings were booked in thick and fast! We received feedback after each viewing, something we had not had with the previous agent. Dawn and Claire are the most helpful ladies; from start to finish, they kept us well informed and updated at all times. Handling the sale with such professionalism resulted in the house being sold within five days which we were absolutely delighted with. The service was worth every penny and I will be recommending these guys to anyone who asks! Thank you guys! 😌

We were selling the property on behalf of our father and did not live in the area. The property was not occupied.From instruction through to completion BB&J Belper were kind, thoughtful and helpful. They altered the thermostat when temperatures fell and accompanied other health officers collecting items that were no longer required as we were too far away. We were informed of all viewings and kept up to date during negotiations. Very professional.

I've had the pleasure of selling a few properties and I must say that Boxall Brown & Jones are the best estate agents I've used. Right from the listing to completion they have been extremely professional and kept us well informed through-out the process. My most recent sale has been stressful due to the first chain collapsing at the last minute but Claire in the Allestree branch has been truly amazing. Every day she would contact all parties in the chain to drive the sale through in a timely manner. I have never met an estate agent that has worked as hard as Claire has and for this I'm truly thankful.

The Allestree team (specifically Anthony and Dawn) were brilliant throughout the whole process of selling our house. Dawn went above and beyond to deal with and chase up solicitors who were unfortunately not great. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service from start to finish. Unfortunately, we didn't pick the best solicitors to deal with the sale, but BB&J chased, harried and pressured the solicitors into action where necessary. Well done to the team.

I bought a property through BBJ and it was a stress free experience. Jo did the viewing and knew the house and area very well and was brilliant at answering all my questions.

Ben took over after the viewings had competed and he was amazing. Kept me updated throughout the whole process and as a first time buyer it was great reassurance and really calmed my nerves. He was fast at replying to emails and calling back if a message was left.
