We always want you to love the balloons you receive and never want you to be disappointed with them.
In future, we recommend getting in touch with us as per the balloon care leaflet included in your box so we can rectify any issues when they occur.

Awful, I ordered the ballons next day delivery for a birthday surprise and didn’t turn up until 3 days later! The delivery service they use DPD were shocking and extremely rude staff. They advised no one was home when they were and then advised they dropped it to the local Co-op couple hours later when they hadn’t. Had to inform my friend to go and collect parcel so took surprise out of it and then to be told on arrival nothing had been delivered to the shop that day. Waisted journey so I then rang their customer service team to be told it was”accidentally” dropped to a different Co-op, no apology but said they’ll get it back to correct shop.I had to keep complaining to the customer service teams and had to call about 5 times to get anywhere with this, the staff were rude and cut me off several times. Finally they got the box to the correct Co-op 3 days later, when picked up the box was battered and 2 balloons had burst. The whole thing was ruined and such a bad experience! Waste of £40 which I want refunded by box ballon’s. I’d highly recommend not to use because of the courier they use.

Hi Maz, I'm sorry to hear your delivery did not go as hoped and that you had a bad experience with DPD. It sounds like this review is more of a review of DPD than us but I appreciate the frustration.
I can see from the DPD system that a delivery attempt was made at the correct location. GPS and a photo has been uploaded from the address.
Unfortunately, this is the first that you have even notified us that there was a problem. If you had got in touch we may have been able to assist you better in a resolution.

I have never written a review before but on this occasion I can’t stop myself !
I have 2 grown up children and 2 grandchildren and through the last 30 years I have naturally bought helium balloons from local shops!
On this occasion I was short of time and googled ‘helium balloon delivery ‘
I came across Box Balloons 🎈
It came the next day
While I was extremely impressed with the service - initially I was disappointed- I thought the ‘confetti balloon’ was full of confetti ( I HAD NOT READ THE DESCRIPTION FULLY )
However !! Oh my - bought on the 8th May
Today on the 11th July 64 days later the balloon is still inflated !!!
It is absolutely brilliant !!! I will never ever go anywhere else other than Box Balloons to buy helium balloons
I fully recommend!!!!

Balloons deflated
Ordering was straightforward, delivery on time, excellent packaging. While the balloon display was lovely, the large number balloons sadly didn't last at all. One was deflated by the end of the first day, the second one lasted for less than 48 hours as well. Usually these types of balloons last for a month. Disappointing as they didn't make it to the actual birthday

While it is rare, your balloons may have had a tiny slow leak. This makes them deflate much sooner than expected!
If you had gotten in touch with us we’d of been able to sort out a replacement to get to you before the actual birthday.
