I called in advance to check delivery could be made on my preferred date as it wasn't clear from the website and they were very helpful.
I ordered the numbered balloons for two days ago and they were (and are still) fully inflated and fabulous! The recipient was very happy!
The box was bigger than expected but I had a bit of fun standing in it (as I'm not particularly tall) 😂

Hi Barbara, inside the box there is a leaflet with instructions on what to do to get assistance if there was a problem with your order. Unfortunately this looks to be the first we have heard of it.
For the delivery, our weekday delivery option is one of the lowest around for next day DPD delivery. You chose to have Saturday delivery, which is a more expensive option with any retailer.

I was very disappointed with the ready blown helium balloons that arrive in a box. These were for my twins birthday and they popped out half deflated. So so disappointed, for the price I paid I should have gone elsewhere. Not value for money.

We’re sorry to hear that your balloons were deflated and that you were left disappointed.
Sometimes, a tiny slow leak occurs, and though we do our best to quality check all our balloons before they leave us, sometimes things like this can get missed.
Unfortunately, you didn’t let us know there was a problem which we might have been able to rectify if you had let us know before leaving a review. We do put instructions on the care leaflet about what to do if there is a problem.
