So wanted to give 4/5 stars but ...
So wanted to give 4/5 stars as price and customer svc seemed great. However, was disappointed with way my flat-pack boxes were packed - wrapped in tight polythene bundle - which resulted in edges of several boxes being damaged and bottom two boxes having strong indent marks from whatever they had been stacked onto during delivery journey. Cannot use them to send to customers. Containing them all in a large box would perhaps have been better?
Update: appreciated response from company which inc offer to refund for damaged boxes. Would rather receive in good condition but can't complain about their offer. Thank you Boxed-up for great custmer svc.

Many thanks for your positive comments, with reference to our packaging we have considered alternative packaging options, unfortunately it is logistically not viable for us to change.

Some of the boxes were damaged on arrival but no response to my email.
Update - the issue was sorted with a refund after chasing again.
The boxes are great with the coloured insides 👍
