Brilliant, ordered the 4kg bucket. Cannot recommend enough, major deal.. Great price, lovely customer service. Will be ordering again.

good value and good sweets, but I had 2 items missing and had no response to my email.
Chased after leaving this review and have had a response now. Appears their email account had issues recieving emails. Items should be dispatchd tomorrow so everything should be great soon!
Update: missing items received swiftly. I would highly recommend this company as their products are brilliant and service second to none!

I had high expectations after seeing a TikTok video and the variety available that I immediately went on the website to place an order. I understood due to demand that the delivery was to take 5-7 days but I hadn’t heard anything until I chased and was told it was being processed and sent out. A little longer than 5-7 days. When the package arrived 2 bags of sweets I’d chosen had split and fallen out everywhere in the delivery bag. I sent a picture to them via Facebook to let them know as the bags used were obviously too thin to be used. I had an quick response back and received an apology and was told replacements would be sent out, wow this seemed like great service. Wrong! I have chased numerous times to find out what’s happened and why I’ve not received replacements to be fobbed off every time with excuses. I asked for a refund but I’ve not had any responses. Honestly don’t waste your time or money, I’ve resorted to using another company who deliver much quicker and better packaging.

Ordered over a week before I wanted them for a birthday but when they weren’t going to be delivered in time I requested the order be cancelled and refunded. They were then still sent out a week after my cancellation message. I received a response to my Insta message regarding initial delivery delay...but nothing to my cancellation message or query about why they were despatched a week after my cancellation request, even though both were “seen”. Shame really as it just means I won’t use them again.

I ordered a 2kg mix and some chocolates a while ago and noticed the chocolates missing, I reached out on instagram and they told me they went out of stock while processing and they thought they had given me a refund when they hadn’t. (Nothing sent to inform me of this). They then gave me the option to have them sent as they are in stock in the next few days or refunded and I chose to have them sent and that’s the last time they have responded to me. I have sent enough emails, ig dms and even tried though their live chat function and no reply at all!

I ordered a 4kg pick & mix bucket for my mums birthday under the impression that it would be delivered within 5-7 days as their website states. However, it has now been over 2 weeks with no sign of the parcel anywhere. They told me it would be dispatched on the 6th, then it turned out it was actually dispatched at the end of the week and would be delivered shortly after that. I've now checked with DPD and they have no clue where the parcel is, which was supposedly supposed to be delivered today according to boxmix. They haven't replied to my email or customer query form, and they barely reply on instagram. So disappointed with this company, their tiktok made them out to be really good.

So I found this little gem on TicToc. Nosed through the website for days swithering whether to buy or not. Eventually bit the bullet and placed an order, the selection of sweets are amazing. I got a 4kg bucket and a few bags. I have been in my element since they arrived. Staff ALWAYS answered any questions etc. Will definitely be ordering again.

Must admit, I thought they were a little bit pricey at first but when I received my first order I was so shocked to see the amount of sweets I actually got! There were loads! Great value for money and they taste so good! Will be buying again 100%

Brilliant service and very friendly staff. Communication was really easy and they were fast to get back to me.
Sweets arrived in perfect condition and were all so tasty. I went straight back on and ordered more for my family so impressed with the team!

I seen them on tiktok so I ordered there sweets are absolutely delicious and the bags are full. The prices are amazing for the quality of sweets you get I will definitely be recommending boxmix to people and I will definitely be ordering again :)
