Amazing customer service and equally…

Amazing customer service and equally amazing products! We ordered the 4kg blue bucket and it was such great value for money. Sweets are fresh and tasty!

Have now ordered twice and both times I have had super fast delivery and the second time they even brought my order forward to make sure my daughter receive in time for her birthday amazing value for money and amazing communication great selection of sweets to pick from something for everyone I will definitely be ordering again

AMAZING!

I received my order yesterday and I am very impressed! I ordered a 4KG bucket and it was filled to the top. These are definitely value for money - especially when I got delivery included in the price too! I think I must have found the page when everyone else did which meant my order was delayed but as soon as I mentioned it to them they checked it for me & shipped it out next day! Great customer service & I would definitely use them again.

Great value for money

Great value for money! Bought the 4kg bucket blue mix definitely gonna last us a long time! 😂 plus there’s a big selection of sweets inside so always going to find one you like, bought an extra one for my sister they make great gifts too!! The customer service has been amazing replying quickly!

Avoid

I ordered sweets back in the beginning of January and they still haven’t arrived.
I initially emailed them to ask where my order was with no reply. I then contacted the company on Facebook and they replied the first few times giving me a tracking number that didn’t exist and kept saying that they were having problems with Royal Mail. However, I had multiple parcels being delivered from Royal Mail in the meantime. I kept being told it would be here soon and the company would get back to me with an update but this never happened. I have asked for a refund since and had no reply.
I would avoid this company.

Thank you for your review, I am sorry that you feel you needed to leave us a 1* we worked with Royal Mail through a difficult time in which they have lost parcels claimed deliveries were made and created a whole host of problems. Since then we have moved over to DPD to ensure we can provide a more efficient service.

All orders that were shipped with royal come with the tracking number provided by them not by us. However the notification only updates once delivered.

It would appear that your order was lost in transit by Royal Mail for which we can only but apologise for.

We understand the disappointment in not receiving your parcel as expected. If you would be able to email us your order number and delivery address to orders@boxmix.co.uk we will ensure your order is fully refunded and a free bag of sweets shipped by DPD as a gesture of goodwill.

I hope that this resolves your query and provides you with assurance we will resolve any query.

Lovely sweets

Great selection of sweets and my son has already eaten half of them love the sweets but took a few days to get my order but other then that I would order again .

During the covid-19 pandemic restrictions we found unfortunately that our business was opened/closed numerous times and staff shortages that has caused delays in correspondence and ultimately deliveries.

Coupled with the above disruption our delivery partner Royal Mail have also experienced extended delays in shipping/deliveries which impacted upon the overall service.

No Customer Service At All

I have put in two orders to Boxmix, and been sent an incorrect kind of sweet in my order both times. (They sell two different sweets, both labelled "vampire teeth" and sent the wrong ones on both occasions.)

The first time, I didn't think too much of it, mistakes happen, and I liked the rest of my order enough to give them another chance. The second time, I left a note on my order form confirming which vampire teeth I had ordered, and asking if they could check to make sure they sent the right ones this time. When they ignored this, and sent the wrong ones again, I began to get unhappy.

Over the next month, I sent Boxmix two emails, and a facebook message, asking if they could fix their mistake, but got no reply, despite their website saying they aimed to reply to all enquiries within a day, and being left on "seen" on facebook. They did, however, find the time to delete the post I left on their facebook page, asking if I was ever going to get a response, within an hour of me posting it. The support button on their site hasn't worked at any point while I've been having this issue.

I've been unable to leave a review on their facebook page, or see any other reviews there, even though Boxmix apparently has five star facebook reviews on their homepage. On closer inspection, the "reviews" on their site turned out to be written in the exact same style as the rest of the site.

Do not buy from Boxmix; the sweets are fine if they get it right, but they have zero interest in fixing things if anything goes wrong.
