I was a bit concerned about this going wrong as the parcel was sent on my behalf to a bereaved friend. I need not have worried - efficient and exactly what I requested. She was very touched by the gesture. And I think this a far better option than flowers as it is personalised.

I sent the box to my daughter, who is away from home for the first time at uni, for her birthday. She loved everything in it and said it made her day. Can't ask for much more than that. :)

I sent a box of hugs to my son for his 25 birthday, as I couldn’t be with him in person and he was so happy with the gifts I chose. The box arrived on time, as requested, and perfectly packaged. He showed me the box and it looked wonderful. It was the first time I used this service and I would definitely use it again.

There was a great variety of choices for making a box and different reasons as well. I made one for a friend going through a hard time and he was touched by what I sent. He liked what was sent as well which was great. Would recommend them and will try them again for sure.
