Great selection to make your own box and very good prices for contents. Some very cute and practical options. Delivered on the chosen day in time for a birthday hug.

Parcel has not yet been delivered (over a week). Carrier has twice reported Unexpected issues but offered no explanation or arranged another day. five days ago they said they tried to deliver but nobody answered - they did not go up the long driveway as person was home. I subsequently (five days ago) updated delivery instructions on where “safe place” was but had no futther information on when my friend can expect delivery. Not good enough.

This is the second time I've ordered from Box of Hugs and I can't say enough good things about them. They are quick, efficient and the item themselves are always gorgeous. My mum said the chocolate was divine and she will order another box for herself. These guys are fast becoming my go to for thoughtful gifts.
