Expensive mistake, unsuitable as a gift.
Arrived early, well packaged and in pristine condition, on good grade paper with a gloss finish. A shame that the quality of the image was appalling. It had clearly been over-enlarged at A4 and the result is nothing short of awful. Unusable as a gift, I'm cutting it up to make 3 cards. Would not therefore, recommend.

Hi Hilary sorry to hear that you were not happy with the print. The print is of an illustration over 100 years old and a museum grade scan of the original. The original being far larger than the A4 version you have means there is no negative impact on the quality in contrast to the original artwork, and is a true reproduction of the vintage artwork. We always encourage customers to contact us with any issue, as we can resolve any issues, and can clear up any misunderstandings such as this.

Hi David. We are unsure what you mean by the frames being smaller than stated as the frame sizes are specific to the size of print you order. With regards to the condition of the frames, we frame everything to order so ensure when they leave us they are in perfect condition. If there is any problem we always encourage customers to let us know and we will resolve any issues.

Bespoke address poster order
Ordered one of the bespoke address posters as a Christmas present. Exactly one week from making order to accepting delivery, which I feel is very reasonable considering the time of year and not an off the peg order. Ordered the poster unframed. Arrived very well packaged inside a cardboard tube, which itself was packed inside a cardboard box.
