I bought two vintage, travel prints from Box Prints and both are stunning. Although, the first print arrived with a damaged frame which I fixed myself without return or complaint to Box Prints. Had the first print arrived without damage, I would have given 5 stars.

Nice prints but frames quite cheap and plastic. For the price charged would have expected better quality and would not reccomend frames are purchased by customers.

HI David. The frames are FSC sustainable pine frames and not plastic as described. You can see the pine beneath the backing tape if you would like to examine them. The pine frame is then painted using a matte lacquer to provide a smooth and even finish. As the frames are pine they also benefit from being lighter than some style of frames which helps when hanging on your wall. Hope that clears up any confusion for you.
Worth waiting for
My delivery was unfortunately delayed due to Royal Mail strikes. However on contacting the company customer service department, my email was replied to by return with assurances that my order was on its way. My print eventually arrived. It was very well packaged and the print itself was lovely and of a very high standard.

Excellent customer service
There was a delay in receiving the order. I contacted customer service and received a very speedy response. It was delayed by the postal dispute, and arrived the next morning in perfect condition. Very pleased with the print- it looks fabulous in my hallway.
